  A few minivans from this dealership popped up on the USAA car buying service I was using. We went down and the first van we looked at wasn't what we were looking for and ended up walking past one we liked. After driving it, there were a few things that need to be fixed before we purchased it. After fixing the original issues, our sales person told us that they found a few more issues with the van and they fixed them all without any prompting from us. On my way home after pickup, the van shook violently at highway speeds. I called the dealership and told them about the issue. They then worked with me to go to a tire place near my home and volunteered to pay for the repairs. This is the first time a dealership offered to have something fixed after I purchased it. The prices are very reasonable, customer service is exceptional without being pushy, and they are honest and up front about their vehicles. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.

  Very friendly staff that went way out of their way to keep me the customer happy when most other dealers would of turned their backs. Just purchased a gorgeous 2002 BMW 330i with 152k for an extremely reasonable price!! After dealing with Cincinnati Used Auto Sales I would gladly recommend them to anyone I know!! They are always friendly in person or over the phone and they stand by their word, something that more car dealerships should practice! Great cars!! Great prices!! And Great People!! Look forward to future business with this company!! A+

  This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealer. (All my previous vehicles were bought through craigslist.) I must say, the staff is wonderful! They are very friendly and the overall energy is very welcoming. If you are lucky enough, there may be some adorable doggies chilling on the couch. (I was lucky enough) :)
  
  There was absolutely no pressure to buy! I found a posting online for a specific car I had been looking for. I walked in and told them what car I wanted to see. They immediately got the keys and let me look.
  
  After test driving I knew I wanted it. The price was already low so I didn't feel the need to try and talk it down. They were able to find a lender with a very low monthly rate and the paperwork process was relatively quick!
  
  I'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car, especially one that is fully loaded.
