We purchased new tires for our vehicle, called a few days prior to see what the cost of install would be, and they were able to make us an appointment a couple of days later. We dropped it off the night before and it was already done mid-morning! Truly impressed with how quick it was. They did a fantastic job and we'd come back in a heartbeat if we need anything else.

Took my car in for an emission test. Chuck's test equipment could not communicate with the car. Took the car to Ford dealer and there was nothing wrong with the car and it passed without a problem. Went back to Chucks, thought they would want to know, and was told "our system randomly rejects cars". Not even an apology for wasting my time.

I got some work done on my car on a Saturday and I was very happy with the service I received. I will be using Chuck's in the future. Being open on Saturdays is very convenient and Chuck's seemed very honest and prices were fair.

Arranged to tow me in in a timely fashion. Gave me a quote for two possible scenarios. I gave the go ahead and it was less than either quote and runs better than I've ever seen this truck run since I've owned it. Got it done sooner than promised also! Great work! Highly recommend for fair and honest service in a clean modern facility.
