I had my 2013 Hyundai Veloster repaired there after it was hit in the rear. I was very unhappy with the quality of the work. There was a lot of particle contamination in the paint work they did and the rear bumper cover didn't match up properly to the driver side rear fender. When I pointed this out to the shop manager he was very rude and told me it was within factory specs. I told him the work they did was unacceptable but because it was an insurance payment that already had been paid to get the work done there was little l could do. I will never purchase or have them work on another vehicle ever. Very poor customer service.
Very professional service at an affordable price
Pretty good. Got a great deal on my vehicle. Was supposed to get a "gift" out of the gift room for buying my car. Never did.
They changed tires on my car, but never did an alignment. Had to take it back.
I had a very nice experience dealing with Gordie Boucher Lincoln in West Allis. My salesman was Adam and he was very kind and patient. He was able to bring in a car from another lot and set up a side by side comparison of two different vehicles so I could decide which I liked best. At no time did I ever feel pressured into a purchase. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and very helpful. I left with a beautiful car and feeling valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Gordie Boucher Lincoln in West Allis for any future purchases. - A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER-
I gave Gus Hollo a very vague description of the car I was looking for when I met him. In less than a week, he showed me a car that had more options than I thought I could afford at the exact price I gave him. My buying experience with Gus, Joe and Mike was fantastic. They walked me through the whole process at my pace so I never felt rushed. The car was the cake, they were the icing!
So far my experience with Boucher Lincoln as been very good. Within an hour after I entered an online request for information about a car I was interesting in buying salesman Gus Hollo had replied online and called me to discuss my interest. I met him the next day at the dealership and I walked out with a car. I was allowed to take what I considered to be an extended test drive to get a good feel for the car. Gus and the other staff at Boucher Lincoln were all very nice and enjoyable to work with in putting the deal together.
Our overall experience at Boucher Lincoln was very positive. Our salesman, Gus, was very helpful and friendly. I felt like we got a fair deal on our trade-in. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. Which is the case for a lot of the larger dealerships. The front desk, the salesmen, the used car manager; they were all very personable and upbeat. My only negative feedback comes from the financing portion of the experience. When the deal was being made final we were continually pressed to get warranty after warranty. We knew that we were not in the market for a big warranty on our used car. It is a very reliable make and model and I typically do not purchase expensive warranty packages as you usually don't get your monies worth. We made it pretty clear we did not want a warranty but the topic was brought up about 4 separate times. I know that car dealerships make a good deal of money off selling these warranties. And I know the finance office employee was just doing what he was trained to do. But when someone clearly is not interested in a certain aspect of optional service, then leave it at that and move on. Having said that, the overall experience of purchasing my car from Boucher Lincoln was a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to others.
