Pulled into the lot on a Saturday morning and Joe Jubran happened to be outside when I arrived. I explained to Joe what I was interested in, he asked me to wait just a moment as he thought he had just what I was looking for. Joe brought out a blue F-150 with everything I was looking for and more. I got a fair price on the first go around and completed the deal on Monday. I am loving my new Edge! Grant Nagel did a superb job! He was very professional and took the time to address all of my questions. He even called me twice on his day off to ensure that I had the necessary information I needed to make my decision! His presentation of the vehicle was very helpful and efficient. He knew that I was already familiar with a lot of the features, so he didn’t dwell on those things. Tim Nolan did a great job as well and was very helpful in explaining the lease payment calculations. I was also given a great deal on my trade in! I definitely look forward to working with these gentlemen in the future!

Ford service has been the standard I use for a comparing other locations. Charles has been my contact at the service location I use. He is professional and pleasant to deal with. The service department (the back room half of the service unit) has always done a excellent job of working on my 2009 & Kathleen's 2014 Escape. The service? Amazing. The waiting room? Good enough for a mobile office. I've been coming here for years for my cars and their maintenance. Why? Outstanding customer service! When faced with having to buy our third car in less than a year, it felt overwhelming. We knew though that our only choice was to return to Joe Jubran. My wife and I just bought our first car. Joe made our experience awesome! They made us feel so welcome and it was far from a sales pitch. IT was a very relaxing experience. Great experience. This is the second car I've purchased from Boucher Ford. Fist was a used CTS (07) and now a new mustang (17). Both times I was treated with friendly smiles.

I am a self confessed car addict. I have owned more cars (and trucks) in the last 10 years then most will in a lifetime. This has given me plenty of experience with car dealerships. Most have been positive but, Boucher ford is a bit unique. The perfect mix of small business personal attention with the advantages that bigger business can offer. Things like large selection, buying power, and competitive prices.

While it's certainly impossible to make all of the people happy all of the time. Anyone with any realistic expectations of what a dealer should do for you will have a great experience at Boucher.

If your like me and feel buying a car should be fun! You'd be hard pressed to find any place better.

Perfect Experience. Like most people I really do not like the whole car purchase process. However, the Gordie Boucher Ford Team made this process greatactually very enjoyable.
