Took my bike in to fix oil that was leaking from unknown location. Mechanic claimed he took it for a test drive and didn't have a problem with it leaking oil. I picked the bike up, loaded it onto my truck and brought it home. 2 days later took it out for a drive and within 20 minutesoil leaking all over lower end of bike and back tire. Bike was just serviced by them 5 months ago.

Problem was misdiagnosed and not solved. Got the bike back and after 100 miles, the axle nuts were so loose I could turn by hand. They'd put on new tires but didn't torque the chain tensioner or axle nuts sufficiently.

If you get work done here, make sure to go over every thing yourself after you get the bike back.

Moto Union is the best dealership I have been to thus far. Staff there is great and all seem to have a passion for the bikes the sell and service. This place is full of a bunch of racers, last time I was in there I spent 2 hours talking about racing and building SV650s, and saw the coolest aprillia racebike I have ever seen. I have come in for tires to be put on as well as getting a bearing off a triple tree and both times I was able to get that job done within 20 minutes of me dropping by. Furthermore, when I ask questions on how to fix problems on my Ducati myself, I have always been given great information on how to do so, what to look out for, what tools I need etc. Unfortunately I am now living in Chicago and have to deal with Chicago Motorcworks which sucks in comparison to Moto Union. Seriously, if you want anything done Ducati related its worth the 2 hour trip.

Just stopped in to check it out (wearing my Harley jacket). It was right around closing time on a Saturday. I was welcomed and we were told not to rush and they would stay as long as we wanted. Spoke with Ross and he never bashed Harley and was very knowledgeable on Harleys as well as the models in the showroom. I would highly recommend him.
