  WORST salon I've ever been to.

  Had a consult with Rassalyn, and attempted to schedule an appointment with her multiple times to no avail. I've been calling all week. I left a detailed voicemail and received no return call. She actually answered one of my attempted calls and stated that she would call me back. Never received a return call. What a way to turn off a potential client. Strange and very unprofessional.

  I wound up with a 6 hour layover in Atlanta, so I decided to get a haircut. I simply googled "hair salon near the airport" and was lucky enough to happen upon the Xclusive Hair Studio. Rassalyn, the owner, was kind enough to come in on her day off and cutmy hair for me. I have a very complicated hair style, with straight, fine hair in an angled, a-symmetrical cut. Rassalyn listened to my explanation of what I wanted, and quickly and expertly re-shaped my hair. I got this a-symmetrical cut about 4 months ago, and it has never looked this good! As soon as Rassalyn started cutting, I could tell she knew what she was doing. I would highly reccommend this salon to anyone; I can't believe I found it by accident!

  I love this salon! I've never been a person to like going to get my hair done, but Rosalynn made the experience worth while. She was so friendly and knew her craft inside out. My hair was a mess dry brittle and she brought it back to life. Being I was visiting ATL she offered to refer me to a hairstylist in NY.
  I knew this was you going to be different from the start. She didnt pull my hair to oblivion. Literally my thick mass of Hair was fully combed in less than 5 mins. I was amazed and all together was done with me in an hour. I love my hair!
  
  Please if you ever make it to college park, check out this salon! You won't be sorry, trust me :)

  I recently went to Xclusive hair salon for hair services. I recently moved to Atlanta and I was search of a professional hair salon that knew how to take care of natural hair. I found Ms. Roslyn’s salon via google, read the reviews, and made an appointment. Ms. Roslyn is a very sweet woman; however, I did not enjoy my first experience there. 1) Her services were too slow, 2) I was left under the dryer and moved to another stylist, and 3) her services were too expensive.
  
  First, I scheduled my appointment for 3:45pm. I did not leave the salon until 7:45pm. As she was working on my hair, Ms. Roslyn took several breaks and made a few phone calls.
  
  On top of the slow service, Ms. Roslyn left the building while I was under the blow dryer. She had an emergency – which she later told me via phone. She left me with another stylist (very nice woman!) to take down my curls and separate them. I understand personal emergencies come up, but I believe in first impressions, especially when you are working with new customer in your salon. Unfortunately, this did not leave me with a good first impression.
  
  The final concern was the price tag. The final cost of my hairstyle came to $130 for highlights, a trim, and perm rod curls. I’ve had my hair done in this style many times before and it cost me less than half of what I was being charged. I was totally thrown off guard when the stylist told me $130 for the style. Although, I did not agree with the high price tag because it did not match the service that I was given, since I was already there for 4 hours, I paid what I owed and left.
  
  My hairstyle lasted about two days (I do not sleep on my hair and I know how to take care of my hair so that I can make my styles last as long as possible) – there was nothing put on my hair (i.e., wax, hold spray, etc.) to preserve the hairstyle. Again, with the hefty price tag I thought I would have been given much better treatment. Although the women at the salon were very sweet – the service did not match the final price. Sadly, I will not go back to this salon. I think if they considered lowering the costs (or provide a discount for new customers) and improve customer service a bit, then I would consider going again.

  Karen Marquez was my stylist and she did a wonderful job. They care about healthy hair more than anything! The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing.

  I LOVE THE HAIR STUDIO. The owner and her employees are like family. They are all so professional. My new short cut and color are amazing!!!! Please do not pay attention to the bad reviews because they obviously dont know what they are taking about.

  I'd like to shoutout Dorinda! She is amazing at what she does. My hair always comes out perfect with not a strand out of place. Not only does she excel in hair styles, but her customer service is great too. She makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit in her chair to the moment you walk out the door.

  I just left from the salon and the service was extremely mediocre. I booked a shampoo and set for $45 and added a trim for an additional $15(even called in advance the day before to double check). So I get there and I'm already waiting 30 minutes after my appointment started at 11:00am. Then after my wash I'm sitting under the dryer with a "special conditioner" for 45 minutes. Then after the services are finally done TWO hours later, the head stylist says its $75 in total because she gave me a "special conditioner" and silk press that I DID NOT ask for. Overall, I'm highly disappointed and won't be returning. And the styling wasn't that great.

  Roslyn is just amazing! Suffering from medical hair loss, and she gave me my hair and identity back. I am moving to SW FLORIDA and will be traveling back every few months to visit Roslyn and Shawn. Worth every penny. So caring, concerned and involved. Thank you ladies♡♡
