Worst place ever when you're trying to sale them baby clothes. I looked them up online because my kid obviously grew out of his baby clothes. I went in there with a side bag full of 0-3 & some 3-6. Being my first time there, I told the lady I was there to give my stuff away and she grabbed my stuff & right away started going through it. As she's going through it she's right away asking me for matching clothes, I told her some of them obviously don't belong with each other because I bought them separately. After 2 mins of going through it, she says they don't accept any of the clothes because their "not the brand" they carry or apparently they were suppose to match. 😳 Riiiiiiggghhht.I just left, I don't care if they don't want to take anything but please don't be rude about it.
They need to either restaff this place or shut it down. They're very cold to new peopleresponse / report this review -

I should have listened to the reviews. This shop is terrible. They only picked a few out of the hundreds I brought to sell. They offered so little for BRAND new high end clothes with tags still on. They were nice when you walk in but as soon as I didn't take their cheap offer they were extremely rude. The excuse they gave about not taking the other clothes and shoes was they were "out of style" and they sell newer styles. I shopped around while they appraised the stuff and no lie.. They had at least 15 of the same exact style and color shoes and clothes as they claimed were "out of style" for sale on thier shelves. SAME Nike shoes color/style just a size bigger I pointed out telling the lady if mine are too old to sell why do you have the same ones on the rack here? She goes "oh" doesnt look or acknowledge it. Not only that but when they set aside the clothes they want from your bins they put them high on a shelf and downt show you what they grabbed. I do not trust these people. If they are making you an offer they should lay the clothes in front of you so you know what they took, not hide them. NEVER GOING BACK. I went to their competitors down the road and they are much better. Avoid this scam and bring your clothes elsewhere or sell online.

Good prices on gently used children's clothing and toys. Tends to have more of a toy selection than other local resale shops. Staff is friendly and helpful!

Staff was super friendly and let my boy run around to investigate all the toys! very clean and organized. They will purchase your gently used and branded items. Everything in the store was well priced for used items. I will be visiting again!

I really like this place !!! it's my go to for my boys, 9mo. 10yrs ,& 8 years old, great prices and they tend to always have a deal when I go . Before going to the big name stores I really recommend you try this place 1st.

I agree with Laura. Waited an hour and a half with a large tote of boys clothing for them to offer me $11 for 10 little things. I will be dealing with smaller resale shops that need the clothing. I think that is the problem. If you have a store full of clothes why would you want a whole bucketful?
Renee Anderson you are ridiculous! People donate your clothes to the Goodwill they will give you a 1.99 per item for a tax write off. Do not give your clothes to this place you will be ripped the hell off.response / report this review -

I brought in 2 full totes is various sizes in excellent used condition.
Their excuses for NOT accepting items were weak and ridiculous.
I brought in Tommy HilfigerRalph LaurenCarter's..Dickiesall brand new. They were rejected.
This is RESALE people. Not RETAIL.
Doubt I will be going back for a whole $6.57 when I drove 30 miles one way.response / report this review -

When you are selling clothes, just remember that they are buying outright, and any place you go you will get the minimum amount. It is excellent that you can get more for choosing an in-store credit, especially when you have other little ones to look for!

Not very impressed with the prices. The staff I interacted with were not impressive either. They all seemed to have an attitude, and when I called with a question the person who I talked with was a jerk. I doubt I'll go back to do business with them in the future. Which is sad, I prefer to do business with small businesses.
Perhaps you'll have a different experience than I. The selection of girls clothing was cute, in good condition and all that. Just most of it was over priced. And the pricing was all over the place too. Name brand baby shoes with minamal wear priced at $6, then another name brand baby shoe (same size) looks like they'll get about another weeks worth of use out of them, priced at $10 to $20.
I'll stick to other shops for used children's clothing.response / report this review
