I'm speechless! My wife and I continually receive service which is beyond words Chewy is THE most professional, caring, and thoughtful organization we've come to know.
I'm not exaggerating - Chewy is literally THE BEST STORE WE'VE EVER PLACED OUR PURCHASES WITH, ever, in our lives, any and all stores in 30+ years across the globe.

Customer Review:

I've been a customer for about 8 months.
Chewy is excellent! Being able to select how often we receive our automatic shipments is great! Shipping is so quick it usually surprises us. Customer service is great. In my first shipment, there was a problem with delivery (shippers fault, not Chewy's), Chewy not only sent a new package out, but refunded half of my cost so I could pick up a smaller bag of dog food locally so my Girl wouldn't miss her dinner. I love that I can change my autoship so easily and that the prices are decent as well. Huge variety of items, not just food, but toys, gear, and vitamins and supplements too. Great place. I'll be a loyal customer for a long time to come!

Shipping door is 4E (east side of warehouse)
Receiving door is 3w (west side of warehouse)
No signs
Does have overnight parking
Crews start at 0530
Appt time loading/unloading only
SLOW!! been here 3 1/2 hours so far
Have to back in door and wait for them to cut the seal, slide tandems then dolly down and move to BOBTAIL parking. They lock your trailer. Receiving clerk was polite but the one who cut my seal was rude. She wanted to stand in the hole I was backing into. I asked her to step out so I could back in without worrying about her and she yelled at me saying that's how she does it everyday. That's stupid and unsafe. Won't be back

Chewys would and could be the best 5 star, top notch pet store period. See, I happen to work there, and I love the whole concept of buying my pets anything and everything they need anywhere and anytime I want! But if they would go to just free shipping at $49 instead of 2 day free shipping at $49, they could focus on quality. As it is they focus on quantity. How fast can we get the box on the trailer. Not how well it is packed. They are a new company so they are still learning. But with a few tweaks, Chewys would be the best!

Since this is a warehouse and not a typical retail store, my review will be two-fold.

First, as a place to shop for pet supplies, it's pretty awesome. The selection is second to none, there are things here I never knew were available for pets. The prices are decent, can't complain about that. And customer service is excellent. If you have any issue with your purchase, they will do whatever it takes to rectify it.

Second, as an employee, I'll say that this is an ok place to work if all you're looking for is a check each week. They do pay weekly, and it's direct hire which is nice, no temp service hassle. Pays decent, compared to other local warehouses. Benefits are good. My only real complaint is the other employees. I have worked warehouses my whole life and I'm not a youngster. This place has, by far, the most rude and careless people working for it. Safety is of no one's concern. Common courtesy has been completely abandoned. It's also unbearably hot in the summer since they have no AC, but supposedly they're planning on adding it soon.

Don't get me wrong, there are some really cool people working here, and if you want a fair paycheck and benefits, Chewy is a good option. But the overall atmosphere is that of every man for himself and the concept of teamwork and treating others with respect is practically nonexistent.

Horrible place to work. My schedule was changed without them even asking me to one that I could not work, and I was told I had to wait weeks, if not more for even the possibility to have it changed back. Completely unacceptable behavior. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone.

His place does not care about their workers this is an awful place to work for do not work for this company because everybody's been getting hurt and they will not reclaim your workman's comp they fire people under doctor's restrictions they work you like a dog it's worse than Amazon they expect you to hit your right every time a lot of backstabbing and a lot of favoritism in this company I was there for start-up and I have quit the turnover rate is about 175 they say they pass out chewy cards that's a bunch of b******* it's a lie you have to bust your ass to get one card for probably one every 6 months it's not worth being injured for $12 an hour and there were promising that we're supposed to get move axis that we were supposed to put them behind the carts so we can go up and down the aisle without walking that was a lie and another thing the building was built completely wrong so if there's a tornado all the restrooms are on the exterior wall so I wouldn't go into exterior wall there's a bad weather coming by this place treats employees like crap never my life would work for a company like this even though they said they would get a bonus for referring anybody hell I wouldn't not referred this to my grandmother because they work her to death and you get 5 minutes off of your break time so it's not even worth it
