Agree with the gootch review above. We were customer's for three plus years! We always paid one month in advance (paid september in July) in the interest of being exceptional customers. When turned in the unit at the end of august, he told me he wasn't refunding the september rental we paid in July. A few packing peanuts escaped and he cried about that. It's a storage unit for gosh sakes. He owns a mattress place. I think he's an incoherent jerk. He treats his best customers like trashcan't imagine how he treats the average one. I see how you areeveryone else will too.

There is no pro-rating for partial months, and this guy will rip you off any way he can. Don't be like me, shop ahead of time so that you can find somewhere better. Definitely not the "first choice"
