Very easy self service kiosk, that takes cash!

The grounds are not kept up. You can see people's garbage they set outside. They had a dumpster out there blocking the back for weeks. Someone has driven into the fence multiple times leaving the area not secured. Kiosk out front doesn't always work but the customer service is kind when you call during business hours. Decently priced for the units. They have different sized storage units for everyone's needs.

The units are adequate but the security cameras that they advertise do not work. My unit has been broken into four times, but no cameras so unable to prosecute. Frustrating to pay for something, and not have the security of it.

I would highly advise you to not rent a storage unit here. The units themselves are fine. The billing is a mess. Then when you call customer service to ask why they increased your storage unit fee, you talk to someone at the headquarters of Infinite Self Storage, no one in La Porte. They leave a message for the manager of the La Porte facility to contact you then he/she never does contacts you which puts you in this vicious cycle of you calling their headquarters and never getting your billing issues solved because the facility managers are in charge of billing.
I had two storage units there; one for my business and another for personal use. They increased the rates of the business one, but not the other storage unit. For 6+ months I had two units of the exact same size with a price spread of $90- $74.response / report this review -

I just recently tried rent a storage shed there and knowing that there's no people there say you sign up at the kiosk machine and they happen to give you the wrong number and there's a lock on it obviously their stuff inside so it's taking so what do you do you've got a call and get a hold of somebody because you have things you need to get in There obviously they say OK will call my manger an he will call u asap. Well lie cause 3 days manger calls me Arizona an says he what's the problem I tell he says oh well move to blah blah. Why is I needed you three days ago so I can move on with my life life and I have to miss work and I have to wait in the cold You should always have somebody around especially in that town if you own something there is some goes wrong they can come over and help you or not these people I'm telling you your getaway and pick a state because you know if statements gabion Halle
