Amazing experience. Will do again. Rod was absolutely wonderful in giving the tour. Wasn’t rushed. Very patient. Very thorough and detailed in giving city information. Very well priced for service provided.

My husband, daughter and I did the segway tour with Tye. He was very specific in instructing us as this was our first segway ride. He made us feel comfortable. We saw some are and beautiful areas of the city. We had a great time. The tour was fun and insightful.

This was a fantastic tour. Tremaine was patient, knowledgeable, fun guide and showed a genuine passion for his city that can't be faked. He gave us a great historical tour of the city filled with 100's of facts he reeled off with no cheat sheets. He took photos for us, answered questions and seem to really enjoy himself.
He's obviously a popular guy as everywhere we went someone was yelling out to him, high fiving him, shaking his hand or asking him a question.
The Segways may look a little daunting but they soon become 2nd nature and you enjoy a tour outdoors without trapsing all over the place and getting sore feet.
The lady at the meeting place was also very helpful and despite us running a few minutes late made us feel at ease.
All in all a 10/10 tour and I would encourage anyone, local or tourist, to do this jump on board.response / report this review -

First time in Charlotte and did the segway tour with Tye as my guide!
Small group with a total of 6 people drove around for about 1,5 hours.
Alot of fun and i would definitely recommend this if it's your first time visiting and would like to know a little history and explore the town on a segway!
It was my first time as well on a segway, but that was not an issue. A short training before the tour starts and your good to go!response / report this review -

Seeing the city with Charlotte Segway Tours will always be a memorable experience. The atmosphere, positive energy, and friendliness of the staff and passengers on board made it a genuine "home-like" feel. I would definitely go on this tour again since it was unique. Thanks!

What a fun experience and so easy to handle. It's the perfect way to explore the city. Many Tanks to my guide Tremane. He's got a pretty good Knowledge about the City and its History.

Great fun! We had a team event and went on a great ride around town. The guides are extremely nice and knowledgeable who tailored the tour based on our wants: more site seeing/riding the segways than history as we are all from Charlotte.

ON 7/5/15 our tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable about the area from past and present. there was so much history in the city.. my wife and I loved it
I think everyone who come to Charlotte should take the tour..

I met a girlfriend in Charlotte for a girls weekend away and booked this segway tour for the two of us. I had never ridden a segway before. It was so much fun I didn't want to get off. Dianna, our tour guide was so nice and knowledgeable about the area. She took us through the main parts of the city as well as some cool nooks and crannies and we even stopped and had drinks since she didn't have to rush back. Dianna showed us a cool old restored home turned fine dining restaurant that we ended up making reservations at for the following evening and that turned out to be the best meal I'd ever had. What a bonus from what started out as a simple segway tour. Best girl weekend largely due to the tour and contacts we made form it. We got that personal touch that you rarely see these days. Cost was totally reasonable and the tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
