Excellent body shop. Great tire shop all around a plus establishment taken my truck there many times.

I have taken all my cars to Doug at Carstar can't say enough about this shop. Very professional and friendly every time I need work done. I just got my car back and it looked like it was right off the showroom floor, plus they did the inside interior cleaning which was awesome job. I highly recommend this body shop for all your needs

I took my auto to Chardon Square because I just wanted a second estimate on a fender that had been brushed very bad in an accident. Not my fault and the other driver didn’t have insurance, but I did want to get it fixed. When the gentleman from Chardon Square saw it, he said we’ll do it for nothing because we believe in “paying it forward”. I was stunned to say the least. He took my keys and within 20 minutes had completed the job beautifully. I offered to pay at least “something”, but he wouldn’t accept…… so, the next best thing was to go on their web site and sing their praises along with me telling umpteen number of people about them.
I had been a customer about a year ago and even then I was so pleased with their work and customer service.

My insurance company recommended Carstar Chardon for my front end repair. They did a very good job with the repair but unfortunately some primer over spray found its way to other parts of the car. Sometimes this happens and is not a huge deal. So I contacted the gentlemen there and let them know my concerns. They were so professional and went above and beyond to alleviate the problem. I was so impressed with the customer service and quality workmanship they deserve an Excellent review. I would definitely recommend Carstar Great Job.

I needed some front axle repaires on my older Dodge truck. The folks at Chardon Square were very accomodating and got the repairs done as necessary without a lot of extra parts cost. Repairs were done in a timely fashion and Bob Trylor and Matt were friendly and made sure everything was done right. I have known the onwer (Bob Sipos) for many years and he is a great community business owner and also a very friendly person.

When it comes to the service industry, one of the most important things to me is trust. You need to be able to have confidence to trust your service provider. Chardon Square Auto Body provides the trust that is so important to me therefore giving me full confidence in their service. I have been having all my autos serviced at Chardon Square Auto Body for as long as I can remember. I live in Mayfield Hts. where there are numerous auto service centers within a mile or two of home, yet I prefer to drive to Chardon, about 1/2 hour drive from Mayfield Hts. to get service on my autos. I can't overstate it, it is all about trust. Bob Sipos and his staff have been outstanding. I never worried or have concerns about unnecessary repairs. I do routine and annual maintenance on my autos at Chardon Square Auto Body and thanks to the quality of work and service performed, my autos run at peak performance. If trust is as important to you as it is to me, then you will to get your will want to have your autos serviced at Chardon Square Auto Body as well. You will be glad you did.
