They are amazing ! A little wait tho but well worth it ! The docs there answered any questions i had and tryed helping the best way they could ! They even got down in the floor and loved on my dog and acted like they loved there job !!! Best quality ive had so far ! Will continue going here ! Thank you guys

The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of the physician. Great vet service but the service from the rest of the place makes it not worth it. The vet was and has always been wonderful but the rest of the staff (techs/billing/etc) are abysmal. I paid in full for a year worth of visits and every time I called or visit I was constantly harassed for payment and I had to remind them that I had paid in full. On any and all visits they seemed to be unclear on what tests were needed. They denied my request for a heart worm medical refill because they were not competent enough to notify me on a 7/31/17 appointment that my dog's test expired on 8/8/17 and do the test while I was in the office. The wait times were unreasonable because it doesn't seem that they are able to find anyone that knows what is going on with billing or office management. The headache of having to deal with anyone other than the vet just doesn't make it worth going here.

Same day appointment, in with Vetrenarian on time. Vet got on the floor with my dog in his lap! Examination was very thorough, and price was under what I expected.

I had to take my cat Albus here the other day because he got in some sort of an accident. The staff was great and got him right into a room. A bit of a wait while back there and pretty pricy, but Dr. Gaffney was amazing with Albus and I. They really care about the animals they see and I love how they've been calling to check up on my baby.

I agree with all the great comments prior to mine. We were new to the area a year ago and Centralia Animal Hospital was highly recommended to us. They have taken care of many of Buddy and Gidget's ailments with success and we could not be more pleased. I want to add one more thing that I will never forget, when I came to pick Buddy up after surgery one evening, the Veterinarian himself carried Buddy to the car. Thank all of the staff for being so wonderful to us!

Good service, but very long waiting time and high prices. For 2 same procedures I have 2 bills with different amount. Very strange.

This group has always accommodated and been very friendly during our visits. We have had a few emergency's and I feel very comfortable that the staff is very knowledgeable and has a lot of compassion for what they do. They have helped me and my family through some very emotional times with our pets. We are truly grateful for all of the staff their and appreciate all you have done for our furry family members. We would recommend this place to anyone who has an animal they cherish!

I love this place! My 3 year old dog, Joey, had a terrible skin infection that covered most of his back for about a year and the other vets I visited before Centralia couldn't figure out what was going on so he was misdiagnosed several times and given the wrong treatment. I finally decided to visit Centralia Animal Hospital and Doctor Bunting was absolutely wonderful. She really took her time with Joey and asked tons of questions - I could really tell she cared. The treatment she gave Joey worked perfectly and the infection cleared up in about a week. Dr. Bunting and the staff even called me several times to check up on Joey to see how the treatment was working. Joey looks and feels like a brand new dog! I brought him back for a follow up and Dr. Bunting was so happy to see how much his skin improved. Now we're working on getting him to lose a little weight and the staff still calls to check on him every now and then. Everyone there is so passionate and caring. I'm so grateful for Centralia Animal Hospital and I will never take Joey anywhere else.

“We have been patients with Dr. Bunting for 23 years. We have lived in a lot of places over our 50 years as a married couple, with a number of dogs. In all of those places we never found the kind animal care that we found with Dr. Bunting and her staff. She and the staff have treated our pets (and us) with the kind of care that is incomparable. I can not imagine ever leaving this practice. Dr.Bunting and the entire staff have been a blessing tour family.”
