Lisa at RSA has done an exceptional job with my scar fraxel sessions. For starters she is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the entire process. My scar has changed drastically since I began my sessions at there ! The front desk staff is also so nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend going to RSA for your skin treatments!

I had a wonderful experience with Brigitte!! It was my first time in the office. The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly. Brigitte did an AMAZING job and made me feel comfortable during the very quick (and virtually painless) procedure. I will be recommending Richmond Surgical Arts to all of my friends and family (and strangers)!!!

RSA delivers life-changing results! Dr. Lynam and his nurse Lauren are so warm and welcoming throughout the whole surgical experience. I had a trans-axillary breast augmentation in July of this year, and I have honestly had the best support team and experience possible. If you are thinking about it, DO IT! DO IT! DO IT! The results speak for themselves!

Brigitte Lacic is amazing! I recently moved from CA to VA and was looking for my new Botox girl-she’s all that & more! Brigitte is knowledgeable about her practice, makes you feel at ease and does an amazing job! I was referred to her by a friend and beyond happy with her! ❤️

Brigitte Lacic, B.S.N, RN is absolutely amazing! Her injections are painless and accurate! I’ve never had better results, even when plastic surgeons or dermatologists have injected me. Brigitte has proven to me that experience is most important, and she’s been doing this for years. The front desk is also kind, welcoming and efficient. I highly recommend this practice, and especially Brigitte, for all your skincare/ aesthetic needs.

Master Esthetician was not knowledgeable about darker ethnic toned skin and used a salicylic acid peel that discolored my skin. Then esthetican suggested to spend more money using hydroquinone. When I called a few other estheticians they explained that type of peel is way too harsh on my ethnicity type and a lighter peel should have been used. I would suggest Renewal Day Spa, esthetician was MUCH more knowledgeable.

Awesome and professional practice in Richmond, VA. I'm always impressed with the whole team at this practice. Their well respected in the community and known for exceptional work. Dr. Lynam is a real pro and the whole group is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Lynam has been a major blessing in my life and he performed my one sided breast lift and implants surgery. I had significant asymmetry (was a B on one side and C the other, am now a 36DD, possibly DDD once they settle). I only needed a one sided lift, and he made my breasts so perfectly matched that I cannot even see a difference! HE IS A SURGEON ARTIST. He is almost too perfect of a plastic surgeon! I was very scared about having a cosmetic procedure, and I now think anyone looking to find a great surgeon, should call this gem of a doctor! He never overpromised, yet he OVER DELIVERED. During my consultation, he LISTENED to me and my lifestyle concerns, my preferences, and even looked at my inspiration images to see what overall look I was aiming for. He made sure I understood the procedure, but didn’t lecture me. His recommendation for size was much different and larger than other doctors, but that’s because the other doctors didn’t know what I wanted to look like and did not view my inspirations. In the end my size is EXACTLY what I wanted and I could not be happier. His bedside manner was confident, yet not arrogant. He was realistic, yet not ’negative’. I went back and forth about size so much, but in the end I told him when he was marking me for surgery to go with the size that he felt was what fit what he understands I’m looking for, but not being too ‘fake’. I wanted a large size, so I was worried about going a little too big. He went larger than I thought he would (with my permission to do so), but I’m SO glad he did. He is double board certified in plastic surgery and general surgery. He has 18+ years experience with breast augmentation. His website has only a few images, which concerned me, but in his office he immediately flipped to images of women with the same body size and similar issues I had and their end results. He explained what he would do for me and helped me feel so comfortable with his recommended procedure. The two other doctors I saw that were also very highly rated, gave different recommendations for lift and incisions and also different implant size recommendations. Although I understand every surgeon is employing craft and artistry with surgery, but looking back, I’m glad Dr. Lynam chose the methods he did. I am SO SO SO happy with my results, that I’ve also been using every opportunity to promote Dr Lynam as my thanks to him. I have been recommending Dr. Lynam to friends and family and would trust him in any surgery with his double certification. His office is elegant and exudes the high end, luxurious service and expectations you have of the quality surgeon that he is. His patient coordinator, Kari, was the icing on the cake. She felt like a family member that was there to hold my hand throughout the process from the first call, through all emails, and even now post op. I absolutely adore her and appreciate Dr. Lynam for hiring such a top notch patient coordinator. Dr. Lynam has returned my calls on a Saturday night within 10 minutes with any of my silly concerns post op. My breasts are healing beautifully and I have compliments on the quality of his work whenever I share with my girlfriends. I hope this helps someone, as I’ve been so happy with him and my new breasts!

I cannot say enough about my experience here. I got a breast augmentation by Dr. Lynam in June and I am beyond pleased with the results. (I was a 32A and went to a 32 DD). My boyfriend and I did some research before I decided on where I'd go for my surgery. I had seen many great reviews on Dr. Lynam so he was the first doctor I went to for a consultation. We could tell immediately that he was confident and knew his stuff! I was concerned about scarring so he recommened the Transaxillary approach (through the armpit), under the muscle with saline implants for the most natural results for my body. I went back and forth multiple times with what size I wanted to go with but Kari Schwear, the patient care coordinator, was amazing. She was so patient with me and was right there with an answer anytime I had a question. The entire staff is all extremely friendly and knowledgable. I was truly treated like family throughout the entire experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Lynam for any breast augmentation. The results are exactly what I had wanted and I'm so thankful I went with his recommendation. One of my coworkers was so impressed, she had hers done by him two months after!
