Some of the staff are rude, but my dogs seem to like the placefeel like they push additional things on you though, even when they acknowledge that you are on a tight budget. Bloodwork on my 2 senior dogs, which would likely be annually, fecals every year.that doesn't include heartworm checks and the lepto vaccine, nor everything inbetween. Just how much money do they think people have?! Heartworm tests and fecals should be free, considering how much it costs for the monthly preventatives.

I had my little dog,Joy teeth clean today.Dr. Kim Eaton and her staff went the extra mile taking care of her with so much compassion and love.No other Vet would go out of their way like they do😊 I love them. I would never take Joy to any other Vet, because she cares and takes so much time with you.

My welsh corgi was 5 years old and in perfect health when we left him there to board over 2 nights. When we picked him up he seemed okay but later through the day he got worse and to the point where he could not walk anymore. When we took him back they said he had a common disease in his breed that caused his disks to go bad in his back. They did not seem alarmed or gave reason to believe it was urgent. They gave us pain medication and sent him home. They never ran tests, they never did x-rays, they just assumed he had this, prescribed him medication without blood work, and sent him home. He did not get better and unfortunately we had to put him down yesterday morning. Come to find out, his condition could have been treated if we had gotten surgery within 24 hours, but the vet did not tell us that. They were too invested in getting their money from us to care about our dog I guess. Every time we spoke to them that's all they asked for was money. I don't recommend these people at all, we had been taking our dog there since he was a puppy, and received okay but expensive care. We thought we could trust them in time of emergency but they proved unreliable to me and my family. We miss our dog very much, he was only 5 years old and he had to be put down. It was the safest thing I had to do.

My 3 1/2 year old dog was recently brought in to this animal hospital for an exam since he had eaten something that would not pass through his intestines. We left him over night at the hospital to receive fluids to see if it would help pass the debris. The next day we were informed that the debris did not move so they suggested exploratory surgery. We had accepted the $554 bill for the overnight stay and were extremely worried about the upcoming add on to the bill, so we contacted the S.A.F.E SPCA organization were we adopted our dog 3 years ago and they agreed to send $100 to this vet right away to help with the bill of the overnight stay. The S.A.F.E organization was also working to help with any additional money they could provide once they got approval from the president, so we were awaiting another call from them. I got approved through the "Care Credit" card for $2800, we were told the surgery could cost up to $1300. They proceeded with surgery the same afternoon as we agreed. During surgery we got a call that the vet had found a hole in his abdomen that "could" cause additional health issues down the road if we chose to have them complete the surgery and close the hole. They gave us 2 options: put our young dog down right there on the operating table or have them continue the surgery with additional cost & accept he MIGHT have issues down the road. Since our dog was a healthy boy and even though he had this issue with the debris he was very attentive, responsive and still showed some excitement with perky ears and tail wagging while at the hospital. My husband and I decided to have them close the whole and continue the surgery, BUT when my husband informed them we wanted to continue the surgery he was told it "could" cost up to $3500. At that point they told my husband, who was on the phone with one vet rep and me on the other line, while in the operating room and my pup cut open, that we had to decide right then and there to put him down or we could pay for the additional surgery. I regret to say my 3 1/2 year old pup had to be put down because we had to tell them that we could not give them FULL payment that day!! WE ARE DEVASTATED!! I do understand that they have to be paid for their services, but Both my husband and I have good full time jobs with great credit and we told the vet office we could make payments but that was not good enough for this animal hospital. We did not have the money due to Christmas and we had just gotten back from a family trip. I have been told by several friends and family this was a Money Hungry animal hospital and in their experiences other animal hospitals would have been more compassionate and worked with us. I will say that Amanda & Sarah were both pleasant to speak with every time I called to check on my pup and provide me info before the terrible surgery began. WE WILL NEVER bring our other 2 dogs to this animal hospital and WILL NEVER recommend it either!!! Sincerely Devastated, Heartbroken, & Angry owner!

My family and I have been using this vet service for over 10 years. We love all of the staff and physicians. I can always call and get prompt service, fit in appointments and never worry about my dogs in their care. They also have super friendly boarding and day care. Through ups and downs, Dr. Casey, Dr. Eaton, Sarah, Jill, and Morgan have been there for us all the way!
