This has to be one of the worst sales experience ever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! We went in to purchase 4 vehicles and thought they would treat us with decent service, started with a very untrained sales kid named Parker who didn’t know anything about anything. We didn’t want to waste time and took us asking for a manager to talk about numbers. Ryan comes in with ridiculous numbers which were added wrong, after he finally realized his basic math mistake, he fixs it but never even apologized. We agreed to buy 3 of the vehicles after a little bit of negotiation. Now is when the hassle really begins. They keep coming back and forth asking for paperwork which they could ask for all at once. 3 days later and to our surprise, one of the vehicles gets approved but not the other two and they don’t even suggest other options. Since I work in sales, I have to ask them why aren’t other options being offered yet. Now we are dealing with Sindy, finance manager who asks for more paperwork. We send her an email right after she asks at 10:30am. After not hearing anything back by 4:30pm we call to see if there’s a response from the bank. Sindy says: “let me check for your email”. What a waste of time and poor customer service. It’s like they have no desire to sell you anything. We finally decide to head to the showroom one final time in an attempt to make the purchase. We get there by 6:20pm and Sindy had already left even after we told her I was on the way. Parker is busy with another customer so some guy comes to tell us they can’t help us at all. So we tell the guy, we already have the approval for 1 of the vehicles and we would like to buy all 3. He tells us he is the owner of the store and doesn’t feel comfortable selling it to us. He was racist and discriminated us because we spoke another language and didn’t think we had any money to begin with. We could buy all 3 vehicles cash but wanted to establish more credit. Such a waste of time and we have never been so humiliated before after 30 years living in the US.
Mike was great! He explained everything and showed Bernard and I the utmost respect with his outstanding customer service! Cindy was awesome as well. She ensured we got the best deal possible and was extremely courteous! We are referring everyone we know here! Thanks Mike and Cindy, Commonwealth PowerSports is lucky to have you two! We will be back!
No pressure no hassle buying. Definitely recommend Mike Acosta for ease of buying. Easiest purchase I have made.
Came from Ft. Bragg heading toward Ct. On possibly the longest chain ever. BB 175 at the service desk was kind enough to look for someone to hop on it immediately to get me headed the right direction with a new chain. A special thank you to the tech who delayed lunch to square me away asap.
Purchase my first new 2017 Polaris ATV from Henry in July, great salesperson work with. Dropped machine off for it's first service in the morning and received it back that afternoon. All fluids changed, greased and adjustments made as needed. Staff was very courteous. Will be back again.
Best place to buy a motorcycle on the east coast, bar none. Good selection. They are extra nice. If you are looking to buy you owe it to yourself to stop here first. Talk to Henry, he is more a true motorcycle guy than a weasle salesman like all other places. I am happy with my purchase and they back you up with good service.
They get one star because they have a large showroom with lots to compare. We went there to look for a UTV and they had a lot to see but we were on our own for at least a half hour. We were completely ignored by everyone except a nice customer who was very knowledgeable and was a lot of help. Finally when a salesman did come, he was plenty nice but when we talked price on the Kawasaki we picked out, things went down hill fast. He gave us the MSRP and went to the manager to see what deal we could get. He came back with an amount significantly higher. We were shocked that it was so high. He showed us that we would have to add their freight and assembly charges. We went to our local dealer and bought the unit for $2000 less. Not only were they less than helpful, they were a complete ripoff.
One of the staff members was a little over bearing, but everyone else was awesome! My dad and I are new to riding and wanted to go looking at bikes. We were able to sit on a bunch of them and see how they felt. The salesman talked with us well over an hour just about what bikes are good for starters ect. Great place.
This place is trash never buy anything from here !!!!The people who work there are rude and show no interest in helping you unless your to stupid to realize your getting ripped off!!!! Ultimate cycles Is where to go
Huge selection of bikes, 4x4's, and side by sides. Parts availaible. They have their own helmet room. Great spot.
I have ordered parts from here a few times. Depending on who answers the phone in the parts department, it is a crap shoot. I have a Victory and one guy that always seems to answer the phone always wants the part number or can't seem to find what I need. Aren't they the ones with the computer and parts book?
The other guy who sounds like a young kids is always spot on.
I just keep calling until he picks up the phone. I suggest when ordering guy with the younger sounding guy.
Got a phone call from my dad to come check out a Vulcan 900 that I would've been interested in, between checking out the bikes and getting everything picked out I was able to ride home onow the bike with and awesome deal. Even had a great experience with the parts guys for helping me get another helmet when I went back in.
I had shopped around a great deal for a Honda SxS comparing prices locally and in neighboring states. I had all my facts together including taxes, fees etc and knew what it would cost to walk out the door. Obviously I would prefer to buy local for several reasons so I spoke with the team at Commonwealth Powersports to see if we could come to terms. Rather than negotiate at all they basically discredited the homework I had done and said if I make the drive to get a lower price I will be sorry because they will hit me with hidden fees. Well I'm here to tell you the price I researched was true and I made the drive. Commonwealth Powersports completely has the right to negotiate or not negotiate and I can't fault them for that at all. What I am writing this review for is because they try to scare you from shopping elsewhere where prices may be SIGNIFICANTLY lower.
