Had a few broken Windows after a storm. They came out and measured the frames within a few hours and helped board up the hole untill the new Windows could be made. They even vacuumed up the glass out of my carpet. Would reccomend and use them again.

I had a broken shower door and went to Central Glass & Mirror to see if they could replace it. The woman in the office was very polite and knowledgeable. She set up the appointment. The staff were very friendly and timely. They did a great job! My shower door is beautiful! I'm very satisfied! The staff, service and product are the reasons I would highly recommend them to anyone and would go back to them if I ever have a problem in the future.

Poor customer service. Never calls to let you know when your work is scheduled. Will show up unannounced and expect you you drop what you're doing to accommodate them. Their work is average at best.

came in to have 1 side of a mirror cut that had a chipped corner. Arrived and had an employee come out to get the mirror out of the back of a truck. Asked him if he needed help and he declined. As soon as he lifted the mirror it snapped in half. He apologized and said it would be replaced which i was perfectly fine with. Went inside to find out that i had to pay for the replacement mirror and over heard her speak out to the man that broke it and said "just stay back here" as if they wanted to avoid the conflict THEY had caused. The employee (female) that i spoke to at the front desk said "We do not guarantee broken glass or mirrors". The entire time i waited in the lobby i felt unwelcomed and on edge. Ended up paying for the mirror they broke. I understand accidents happen, but they handled the situation terribly. Did a great job cutting it, but TERRIBLE customer service. Will not go back. Will not recommend.

Would never recommend Central Glass & Mirror nor will I ever use again. I was given an estimate when I dropped off a frame to have a mirror cut to size. When I picked up I was charged 26% over the estimate I was given. My bad I should have gotten estimate in writing. The extra charge I incurred was associated with the assembly of the mirror into frame. When I inspected prior to leaving Central Glass & Mirror the work was marginal at best. The paper on the back of the mirror was puckered, not cut straight and all edges peeling up. I made statement how I was overcharged for poorly done work. I pointed out how crocked the paper was cut and was told "well it's never going to be straight". I believe a straight edge would solve that problem. The puckering was never addressed. However, they did offer to reglue the edges but by that time I was done with this place of business.

My crafty wife made a coffee table and I needed to purchase a 40" by 42" piece of glass for the top. I called around to four different local companies, and Central Glass and Mirror were not only the lowest price, but the easiest to deal with. At the other places I called for quotes, they wanted my email, address, phone number, company name, and then put me on hold for 10 minutes BEFORE they'd give me a quote! Central, on the other hand, I told what I needed, and they immediately gave me a price, and the glass was done and PERFECT the following business day. Other companies were telling me it would take 7 business days! All in all, Central has earned my business for life. I don't purchase glass too often, but if I ever find myself in the market, Central is where I will be going.
