Due to our work schedules my better half and I had to visit Central Florida Powersports separately. He worked with Greg I worked with Lane both treated us with respect and honesty. The purchase of our new toy was made as seamlessly as possible and they worked with us and our conflicting schedules to get all the paperwork signed. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

I bought a 800 Vulcan as my first bike yesterday and this place was great to me. It was raining outside by the time we got done with paperwork and i dident have a helment or the funds to buy one and i live about 46 miles from the shop. They gave me a helment brand new off the shelf. Being as i just paid for the bike out right, i was pretty broke. Lol awsome place!

I come here regularly to buy gear and to get my Yamaha FZ-09 repaired. The staff is very knowledgeable and and they seem to really like their jobs. The service department is always quick and I usually have my bike back in under an hour.

I dealt with these guys quite a few years ago, but I'm in the market again and was browsing their webpage. I was also glancing over some of these Google reviews and figured I'd add to it.

I noted that quite a number of people have commented that; "the deal that they were told on the phone was the deal they got when they arrived". I will certainly second that. I live a few hours away and even though there were quite a few dealers near me in South Florida, I made a deal on a SeaDoo RXPX over the phone, and made the journey. These guys were about business and they earned it. No BS, no bait and switch and the price was very reasonable. Nice guys to deal with and I honestly had fun doing the deal.

I would wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

I purchased my 2017 Yamaha Raptor 700R SE from Lane Adams after calling 7 different dealers in South Florida. He was by far the most professional motorcycle specialist that I talked to. He knew his inventory and he got me a great deal. I live 2 1/2 hours away and when I got to CFPS, the experience kept getting better. Everyone in the dealership was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The ATV was exactly as described and all of the paperwork was complete. I was in and out in an hour. Albert Jones is my salesperson. I purchased three bikes from him. Each one was a Can-Am Spider. Each time I traded in my bike, he knew exactly what I wanted in a new bike this last time he knew everything that I wanted when I arrived at the sales floor the bike was already. I recently purchased a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 off road vehicle. Maurice, my sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful with add-on accessories. The accessories were installed and ready on time. Mansor Thomas was very helpful in closing the business paperwork and answering all of my warranty questions. Maurice was helpful in demonstrating all the operating features at pick up and loaded and strapped the UTV on the trailer. With a good inventory of products, helpful with no pressure sales people and great customer service, I highly recommend Central Florida Power Sports.

I'm sitting outside the service department waiting on a Yamaha service bulletin(decompression spring recall) to be addressed. I have removed all body parts(bed, wheel wells, wiring, etc) to save time and made sure the valve cover was clean(cleaned with a toothbrush) saving them tons of time and labor. Now they want to charge me $50 to slide a feeler gauge in to check the valve clearance. Are you serious? I can't believe they want $50 for 1-2 minutes worth of work especially after all the time I've saved them. They never even contacted me on the 3 recalls, I had to find out about them in the forums.

I give 3 stars because I feel they could do a whole lot more after the sale, especially when it comes to known service issues.

Update: After it was all said and done I had to give them another star. I approached the service manager to discuss the $50 and he agreed to reduce the fee to a price that I found to be fair since it did require more then 2 minutes to find TDC on a compression stroke. My overall experience today was good and I'd recommend them to others.
