Thanks to Steven in the meat department at Conway/Hoffner for being so helpful today! I was at Publix to buy a large turkey but there weren’t any large sizes among the selection. I saw a Publix employee speaking with a customer and was waiting to ask her for assistance. In the meantime, from behind the glass, Steven noticed me waiting and came and asked if I needed help. He was very friendly and eager to assist. Steven went outside to the storage trailer and came back with the exact size I needed! Publix definitely lives up to their slogan, my shopping experience today was certainly a pleasure!

Is good, I think from 5pm to close they need cashiers. Closing time it get busy and line are back up. Other then that I love going there .🤗

Always clean and bright. Very busy with hurricane shoppers but they had efficient cashiers, so checkout went quickly. People were buying a lot and stockers were trying to keep the shelves refilled.

Horrible! Always shopped here and used some coupons but never again. Today the cashier Becky was really rude no good afternoon or how are you doing today! Not even a simple smile. I've worked in customer service since I was 18 and never have I seen someone like her. She caught an attitude really quick when she saw the coupons. Sorry for the 1 star rate but blame Becky for poor customer service and you just lost a loyal customer who always shopped there. On to a different Publix where they will appreciate my service

At Publix @ Conway Crossings it's ALWAYS the BEST Customer Service anyone could want! Cindy is an EXCELLENT store manager, & it shines through her helpful & knowledgeable staff! Thanks Publix! I'll ALWAYS be a loyal customer💖

Publix is now covering up the National Enquirer because of President-Elect Donald Trump on the cover for several weeks.Taking my business to Walmart. No longer a pleasure shopping at politically correct Publix.

The employees at this Publix have a sunny disposition befitting of the state we live in. They are always very courteous and friendly. There is free coffee at the entrance until about 11 AM. They have hot Puerto Rican bread and sometimes really big, thick plantains, too: 3 for $0.99 and even 4 for $0.99 on some weeks. Thanks for the great service!

Deli department was very rude and slow. And prepared my food in a very sloppy , and distasteful matter. I recommend The Public at Orange ave. How ever the Manager Matthew was amazing and has great customer skills.

This is the best publix! The managers are awesome! Love the girls in the deli! Best bakery staff! You will never hear me complain about this store, their customer service is outstanding!
