The establishment looked well kept and I was able to get in and out without much hassle. I wasn't there for myself and was only accompanying some friends, so I cannot attest to the quality of their work. Therefore this review and the rating attached to it is primarily focused on aesthetics and face value customer service.

Upon leaving though, I was told their services are quite pricey.

Have used there services for sometime. Showroom, service department as well as parts department are there for your needs. Not so much for the body shop. The service person delt with in the body shop, she was very nice. The body shop manager, avoid if possible.

Wanted to take this time to thank Ed Ogrady , he was very helpful when I called about some minor body damage to the car I bought from Central last year. Wasn’t sure I would be able to get it repaired. Ed told me to come in and he would check the damage. He got me in and set me up with the technician. It didn’t take long and can’t even tell I had damage, great work.
My many thanks to Ed and to all the staff at Central for all the help I have received over the years. That is why I keep going back to buy a car; they not only have a huge inventory of vehicles but also friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whether you go there for service or sales you will be a satisfied customer.

I had a great experience at Central , they were very easy to work with. My sales Person Miles Sattler was very fair and non pushy . I didn't feel pressured at all . When I came for delivery of my New Truck. the paperwork process was very organized and quick . I traveled there from Albany NY area and i was very pleased compared to some of the dealers around here . I don't like surprises when I get to the last sheet to sign and the payment I was promised Is more . Everything went smooth and as agreed upon . I highly recommend This dealership . Its worth the trip .

Everyone from my sales person (Henry) to the financial woman (Kathy) was very helpful. Henry handled all the communication with my insurance agent - which was a relief. While we waited for approval, Henry kept my boyfriend thoroughly entertained talking about cars and would have happily sold him the corvette he was eyeing - had it been an option for us. (When the time comes, we'll definitely be back.) I appreciate that he wasn't overly salesy and was happy to chat, even though we clearly weren't in a position to take home 2 cars. He was also quite knowledgable about my late 90's sports car and suggested a good race track that I can take it out on - which may be enough to convince me to keep the darn thing. :)
