Scott L. met me at the door with a warm greeting. Spent time patiently going over the vehicle and it's options. Negotiation for trade in price and new car bottom line was fair. Got a nice car on "Black Friday" . Painless experience. (would have enjoyed some popcorn ) 🤗

This was my first time ever buying a car. I came in and everyone was very nice and helpful. Jeff went above and beyond to help me out to get me where I needed to be. He was fantastic and I greatly appreciate all the help that they have given me. I recommend coming here. Very satisfied!

The sales person that assisted me with the purchase of my pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder was Jeff Vazquez. From the day and time I walked into Balise Ford dealership he was very welcoming and professional. From there on I knew I was in the right place to purchase a vehicle for my family. Jeff is very knowledgeable and honest and made sure I had a great purchase experience. Thank you so much for your knowledge and honesty. I know I made a great choice with buying a vehicle from Balise Ford and that is all because of Jeff’s help.

When we contacted believes Ford about the focus hatchback we received a call back right away. We made an appointment to see the car and everything was ready when we arrived. The salesman we dealt with is Peter. We found him to be very pleasant and helpful and very accommodating for our schedule. We were very pleased with the deal that was made between Balise Ford and ourselves. We would recommend Balise Ford to friends and family and suggest they deal with Peter. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Sebastian was a friendly, helpful salesperson who went above and beyond in creating a great car buying experience. He was honest, fair and relaxed which made me want to do business with Balise,.We stopped by to check out an identical car we had just looked at elsewhere, and due to the excellent treatment Sebastian provided, I ended up buying a used car. I plan to buy my next new vehicle at this same dealership because I was treated so well.

After some time away from doing business in this area we were very pleased to find they have exceeded our previous positive experiences with them.
Location and friendly employees being an important consideration when making important financial decisions, Peter (our salesman) and David (business manager) have all but guaranteed we will look to Balise for our future vehicle purchases.
While other new car dealerships have left the upper Boston Rd area, Balise Ford has invested in a brand new facility.
I encourage all to give them a try when looking for your next vehicle, you won't regret it.
    Thank you Peter and David!

On my first visit to Balise Ford I met Jeff Vasquez. I gave him very specific options that I was looking for in the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. Jeff worked very hard to find me a vehicle in my price range, unfortunately we couldn't find anything. I left rather disappointed but a few days later a car became available and I called Jeff and he jumped on it and was able to secure the car for me. Jeff is a one in a million and I love the fact that he was very professional and yet I felt like he was a part of my family as he did everything in his peer to make me happy. I am very happy with the service that I received from Jeff and the staff here at Balise Ford in Wilbraham and I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jeff from the Thomas family ☺️☺️

I would like to thank the Balise Ford Dealership for a great truck shopping experience. Mike (Sales) did an amazing job answering all my questions and concerns. A salesperson who really knows the product they are dealing with makes car/truck shopping enjoyable. Great price compared to surrounding dealers, and choices of F250s I was shopping for. David finalized the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Overall I found myself very impressed with Balise Ford of Wilbraham. Thanks again for all the help, I'll be sure to recommend any friends and family to your dealership!

By far, the BEST car buying experience I've had. Starting with Kevin the sales manager accepting my offer online before I even came in. Then I was greeted by Jeff Vazquez, who was very calm and friendly, who inadvertently became my sales guy. Wrap my "team" up with David the business manager, and that equaled the best team ever. No high pressure sales tactics; they helped me even with my struggling credit; my last car had been totaled, so Jeff and David worked extra hard to get me the financing I needed and on my way out with a new car as soon as possible. Jeff kept in personal phone touch the entire process and Dave helped explain any questions I had on the "extras" they sell as far as Gap insurance and extended warranty protection. He didn't try to sell me anything extra that wasn't relevant to my car.
I have to say I HATE car buying. I did NOT want to buy a new one at this point, but was forced by the accident. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I can vouch for all the guys on my team. They're easygoing and fair here. Even a couple who didn't serve us, remembered us when we came back and welcomed us back. I would NEVER write this nice of a review if it wasn't true. Don't work for the company; wasn't given anything to put this up. Even a different Balise had managers that pinned "ifs" on the negotiations. This Ford one didn't. Straightforward, honest, helpful and WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU which is most important to me. Great job guys!

    Dont know where to begin
I bought a 2014 certified pre owned ford fusion last yearthe day i drove out the dealership they were supposed to order a part for the car and was supposed to be in "next day" that turned into over 2 weeks..but that isnt even the biggest of the problem
Right after that on a very very cold sunday with a snow storm i leave work and start smelling gasoline and the car was hesitating to run and felt weird, so i pull over only to find that gasoline was gushing out of the engine and fuel line. To make the long story short someone at ford of Wilbraham used a zip tie on the fuel line. Good thing im not a smoker. I had to wait over an hr in the freezing cold wheather for a tow truck couldn't turn on the car to keep warm because gasoline would start gushing out again. Had it dropped off at ford. All this after a 12 hr shift.
Car reaked of gasoline for months and i never felt confident in that car again.
About 3 months ago i traded that 2014 fusion for a 2015 fusion with more options and a.bigger payment. Well!!!!
About 2 months in i start hearing a rattle coming from my roof and brought it to ford to have it checked out
In the process of finding the noise they pulled my headliner and damaged it . They ended up putting the damaged.headliner back on and when i pointed it out the service department foreman he told me it would eventually fix itself. At that point i laughed and requested the supervisor.
The supervisor came out and was disappointed in what he saw and told the foreman that it was poor workmanship and reckless.
To make the long story short my car was in that shop again for a week getting the liner shiped and installed costing.ford over $800
Because of the low work standard of some people there.
I will say that Joe from the service department (supervisor) dealt with the situation and rectified the wrong, but its frustrating to me because i trusted ford to take care of my car and keep it to ford standards.
I work hard and i pay for my car. It wasn't given to me.
I refuse to go back to ford of wilbraham.
There is more disapointing factors to my experience with ford of Wilbraham, but this is the big issues I've had there
Im very disappointed with this place..i also convinced friends and a co worker to go there and my co worker actually drove out of there in a mustang, but i will never refer anyone to that place again.
If u go.to ford of Wilbraham please know that they will be extremely friendly and seem like they care, but they are just after that saletrust me..sales department manager didnt even lift a finger for me
    Anyways..good luck

I brought my car in for four new tires. I spent over $500 on the four. They were installed in less time than I thought it would take. I was called by Pete in service and told the car was all set. I went to the service desk, paid the bill, and was on my way. I got home and got out of the car to look at the tires and I noticed that the brand new tires had white substance all over them and were not cleaned after installation. Well I got an email survey and mentioned it in the comments section. A couple of days later I received a phone call from the Service Manager apologizing over that happening. He told me that they usually do it but he only had one technician on and it was the first Monday after Thanksgiving. I told him it was ok. I just took it to the car wash and had it done there. He told me that it should not have happened. I assured him that it would not affect me returning to Balise for my service as I am always satisfied. He told me that the next time I come in for an oil change that they would detail my car inside and out. I didn't expect that but welcomed it as everyone hates cleaning their own car. It's the holiday season but I feel as if it's always a season of good cheer when I go for service at Balise. Merry Christmas.

I did not purchase my vehicle from Balise Ford but connected with their Service Department on a potential warranty issue.

Since my vehicle only has 10K in mileage it is still under the factory warranty and I was provided with a rental vehicle charged to Ford while the diagnostics tests were performed. Unfortunately, the tests could not recreate the problem I experienced.

That being said, I would like to state that I was completely satisfied with the way this problem and the service process in general was handled by Peter Gaudreau, the Assistant Service Manager. He was friendly, professional, flexible and efficient.

I will be using Balise Ford Service for all my service needs in the future.

My Ford Focus 2014 clutch had been replaced for 3rd time (twice at Prime Ford in Auburn). At Balise Ford when I brought my car in, they found clutch problem, had part in stock and replaced on the same day. I was very pleased with their service. I'm hoping my clutch won't replace again in the future.

Had a horrible experience with Balise Ford last week. My wife and I had decided to trade in our 2012 Focus for a new one. The sales person we spoke to was great, very nice guy who was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When we sat down to negotiate a trade in value the sales manager came back with an offer less than half the KBB trade in value of the car. He sighted a power door they felt would have to be replaced soon and would cost over a thousand dollars. Also mentioned a few minor scratches and said it would cost well over 2 thousand dollars to fix. Also rambled on about the time of year etc etc we said we would have to think about it and they basically tried to pressure us into making a decision right then and there. At this point I was very fed up and we left. I went home and did research on all the items they sighted that would cost over 2 thousand dollars to fix. Came up with $53 dollars in parts and called our mechanic who said he could do all the work for under $200. Got all the work done and going to buy a Honda now instead. Never going back to Balise to listen to all the lies again.
