Recently purchased a car from Auburn location and had a great experience. Great facility and very helpful staff. No sales pressure, haggle free environment, they work with the buyer to get the right car at the right price. Very nice kids room with refreshments to keep them occupied.

Everyone should give them a shot first before going to any other dealer.

I bought a 2013 jetta. Upon test driving I was satisfied with the vehicle. The sales lady insisted I check out another they had in-stock. Same exact vehicle color and everything with a few hundred less miles. When I got in the vehicle it was extremely dirty and smelled like wet dog. She told me they had just got that vehicle off an ended lease that week and would clean it. I told her I would purchase the first one that I had test drove. After about a week waiting for my loan and paper work to follow through they said the car would be ready to pick up after they detail it. I said there's no need since it was already very clean when I drove it a week earlier. After I picked up the car I could recognize the nasty smell of dog, and the a/c stunk when I turned it on. I called and expressed my complaint that this wasn't the car I wanted to purchase. They told me that it is and to look at the VIN numbers matching on my loan. These people pulled a fast one switching the VIN on my paper work practically forcing me to purchase the car in which I verbally expressed I did not want. It hasn't been 7 months and I'm already experiencing engine problems with my coil packs. I brought it in to be fixed, since I have a 2 year bumper to bumper. The service department insisted that their records did not show that I had a warranty. Only after speaking to a manager and producing paperwork confirming my warranty did they agree to fix my vehicle the next week. This dealership is full of shady people as we know from the scandal with the TDI buy back program. Never will I do business with this dealer or any patrick dealer again. They will do anything they can to rip off customers and make a sale. Extremely unprofessional and sketchy dealership.

We took the 2017 VW Passat on lease and Julie and Mike were very helpful in wrapping up the whole deal. The lease approval took some time since I'm a non-immigrant but all went smooth thereafter. They were the only dealers near me that had this car with the color & configurations of my choice and we are very happy we went ahead with them.

I had a great service experience with David yesterday! He was friendly and professional and kept me updated on the status of my car. My issue was not standard, but he worked with the mechanics to figure out what needed to be done to fix it. Knowing that it was not a common problem, I was a little nervous about how much it would cost, but was pleasantly surprised by that too! Their waiting room is very comfortable and my car was repaired (and washed!) in no time.

I did not end up buying a car from these guys but definitely one of the most aggressive dealerships. I gave them a lowball offer and they still had a manager call me back within the same day to try and make a deal. They were willing to work with my budget however I ended up going with a different car. Definitely respect their willingness to make a deal!

I purchased a used car from Patrick VW just after Thanksgiving and I am totally satisfied with the condition and price of the car but more so with the friendly no nonsense salesmanship of Justin Toedt. I hope this is the beginning of a mutual friendship.Unfortunately I had an urgent problem on the day before Christmas eve. I was taken right in, diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately and I was on my way in less than 1.5 hours.

After visiting Patrick VW and giving our credit card to the credit manager; we found out a few days later that our credit card number had been stolen and various items were being charged on it all around the Worcester area including: restaurants, school enrollment, and on line products. We hadn't used it anywhere else in a long time as we started paying cash for everything. If you go there pay cash

If you appreciate a pleasant and professional car shopping experience then make one stop and deal with Patrick family, thanks to Matt P. for setting the right tone! I purchased my first Golf from Aaron T. and more than a year later I traded it in for a lease on a new Beetle. Aaron T. did an excellent job in locating the color of my choice, I do appreciate the extra efforts. After visiting few other VW dealerships, I have to admit, I got the best deal for my trade-in as well as the leasing terms! I was also presented with the necessary add-on items like VW-care, tire-protection by Dan G. and thanks to him, I reaped the immediate benefit after damaging my front right rim, what a save!

Sales aside, the part and service department (Adam & Nick) do an outstanding job from proper repair/service and catering to customer's reasonable request(s). The job well done, thank you.

I recently leased a brand, new Tiguan SE from Patrick Volkswagen and the whole experience was quick and easy. Daniel walked me through the financials and Bob went through the car and all the options. The showroom is spanking new, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The drive out from Boston was absolutely worth it.
