Casey Carpet One is hands down the best flooring company in Lubbock! We used them for new flooring in our home 3 years ago and could not have been more pleased. Trent Tramel was out account manager and is the best of the best! We recently had a foundation issue that requires moving a majority of our wood flooring in our kitchen. The color of wood had been discontinued, but thanks to Trent's persistent efforts, he found the flooring and also had an expert crew come in to replace flooring. He went over and beyond the call of duty. And the crew that came in was top notch. We are customers for life!

We got into a jam with a custom piece of stair carpet that we had made from another company. It didn't fit properly but we were determined to try and make it work since it was hand woven and exactly what we wanted. Joaquin, with Casey Carpet One, saved our project! He came out and helped me work through options to get it installed. Carlos was the most amazing installer and was able to work with what we had and get everything installed and looking great. I loved that they were open to working with us on this as it was certainly a challenging ordeal. So many thanks to Joaquin, Carlos, Daniel and Leo for a fabulous job done! We are THRILLED!

We tried other places the service was no where close to casey very professional AJ was great the guys who installed were awesome it all looks great I will never go anywhere else
