Great location just 2 mins walk from the beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, nothing outstanding. Good breakfast and free cheese and wine in the evening - a nice touch. On site parking a real bonus. Staff excellent - could not have tried harder to be of assistance, made to feel very welcome. Plenty of choice for accommodation in Santa Barbara but would stay here again.

The general manager Christian is very unprofessional and lacks compassion and empathy. After my sister got married she was suppose to spend her Honeymoon there. Unfortunately her husband came down with the flu and instead of spending their honeymoon is Santa Barbara one of our families favorite places, they spent it in the hospital. Christian still charged them 250 and when asking his reasoning he stated it’s a business and when asked to speak to the owner he said “the buck stops with me”. What a corporate greed response. I suggest the owner reevaluates the ethics and values of this property along with Christians. We will never stay here again and or recommend this property as it doesn’t represent the gorgeous, kind, and friendly people of Santa Barbara.

A stone's throw from the beach, the wharf and the harbor. The breakfast consisted of coffee and tea, juice, oatmeal and cereal, yogurt, tangerines, and surprisingly delicious pastries. It was simple but I was thoroughly satisfied. I particularly enjoyed the evening wine and cheese reception while sitting by the fire pit. The room was cozy and very clean. The room doesn't have AC but that's common in California and with the nice breezes you get through the open windows you can hardly tell. Overall I had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it.

We were above the reception so had some views. Room was clean, bright, quiet, and includes a refrigerator and microwave. There's a small porch with a table outside. While it is labeled as a B&B the breakfast doesn't really qualify, it was the only disappointing thing. They did have a nice wine and cheese reception in the evening which compensates. Still I think for the price they could up the breakfast content.

This quaint inn has a nice variety of room sizes, and although the prices are competitive they tend to be on the low end of the price spectrum for their location. The rooms however are much more comfortable than many "shoe box" style rooms you will get in most other hotels as a greater price. Pastries delivered fresh each day by a local baker is a nice touch to their (free) breakfast, and the complimentary wine and cheese is always appreciated! Having been at numerous hotels I would advise however to book directly with them or through their website, since many times reservations that are made on third party sites do not allow you to make any changes if you need to. Their staff is always accommodating and helpful.
