Loved this cozy quaint cottage like hotel. The rooms were fabulous with a fireplace and lovely decor. The outside was landscaped very nice as well. The help was amazing and very informative. Definitely a place to book in the future!

The room looks and feels unclean, i mean the surface was neat and tidy but everything was sooo out dated, it felt dirty! The Owners should be embarssed. If i have to describe it? Id have to call it Ode to Brady bunch eclectic retro ! It looks like its never been updated! Carpet looks and feels old stale and dirty heads up if your planning to stay here, keep your shippers, socks, flipflops or whatever on! This place has tons of potential all it needs is some creativity and a whole lotta TLC and that's just how i see it!

Nice little hotel for a decent price in Carmel Valley. Quaint and cozy. Breakfast was satisfying. :-)

So cozy! We loved our cabin in the forest, with a full kitchen and stone fireplace. It's adorable. Friendly service, too!

Cozy little cabin. It's the perfect place if you just want to relax. There's a Safeway approx 6-7 miles away from the lodge and a few little liquor style grocery stores in the opposite direction within walking distance. There are several wine tasting restaurants and a nice park in that direction as well. They served an organic breakfast (fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread, etc).

Beautiful little lodge. The whole place is covered in vines and plants. It feels like you're staying in a little hobbit hut. They also have dog friendly rooms. We loved it.

Had a wonderful stay here. Cute, comfortable room with a great atmosphere. There were plenty of complimentary treats, and mine were accented by the arrival of some feathered friends, so the whole experience was fun

I am here out side the reception at 2am in the morning, and I have been waiting for more than 2h. I am tired and cold! No one! No one in the office, no one even answer the phone!!!

I stayed here about a year and a half ago and I've got to say that this place was as cozy and comfortable as you're gonna get for the price you pay. Fantastic country-style room that didn't feel like a motel room. Great pool/hot tub area as well as a sauna. For the location in the valley, you're walking distance from some great wine tasting and great restaurants in Carmel Valley alone not to mention a drive into Carmel by the Sea. I'll be back here again one day.

Heat barely works. Power outlets are stupid (what power outlet doesn't have ground wires!?). Staff was not particularly friendly or responsive. The layout is nice and the location is fine.
