Comfortable temperature, excellent staff that was so welcoming. The bed was great, continental breakfast filling! And fantastic price for the night at this time of year :-)

The rooms are well appointed with good walking proximity to restaurants and grocery shopping, allowing for less driving during your stay. I was visiting a friend who was in town for business and he managed a four day stay without a rental car with very few issues.

Stayed here 2 nights. Staff is young but accommodating. Overall, this place is clean and quiet, surrounded by stores and next to a gas station. Pool and hot tub are clean and indoors; however, the smell of chlorine is strong throughout the first floor. Free breakfast was actually better than expected, not just your run of the mill continental. Good price and value being so close to Capitola and Santa Cruz.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was all very nice. Parking is ample. There are two shopping centers near by that cover anything you might need. No complaints here.

We enjoyed a clean and nicely furnished room with a comfortable king-size bed. The room was handicapped friendly which we did not request. An important problem was the slippery tub. We both slipped but did not fall. There are markings on the bottom of the tub that appear to be to prevent slipping but the surface texture is smooth. We requested a bath mat for our 3 night stay, but none has been forthcoming. Otherwise this is a nice place to stay.

Watsonville Holiday Inn was great. Room was clean, and the best part was the heated pool! Seriously heated. Not a cold pool that says they heat to 72 kind of thing. I real heated pool. We thoroughly enjoyed swimming here. Also the service was very professional and breakfast was hot with good variety. The next bonus was the location. Close to Target, grocery store, CAVS, and several restaurants. Super convenient. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Watsonville.

Nice rooms and very comfortable beds. They have breakfast foods available in the mornings which is nice with varied selection of foods. The service was very good.

Nice hotel. We had a suite only 2 towels for our whole family. No place to put any trash recept on the bathroom. Other than that a nice clean hotel. With polite workers

Steffani at the front desk was very helpful. The staff are very professional. The breakfast was delicious I recommend the omelettes. Bob the fish is really cool a little shy. The room was really clean and the bed is so comfortable. The hot tub and pool are awesome. Great environment.

The front desk clerk was super nice and helpful. We had some frustrations with a 3rd party website, but the clerk was super understanding and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great service. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast, too. I would stay here again.
