This was one of those experiences I'll treasure forever! My son and two of his friends were along and it was an incredible time on the water! Capt. Becky was well prepared, had all of the right answers and really made our time together special. One thing I would do differently is that I'd go for a full day instead of the 1/2 day I selected - we didn't want to get off the boat!!

My husband & I love visiting Everglades City & we especially love going fishing with Captain Becky. She is so knowledgeable about the location of fish, is always stocked with bait for whatever type of fish we’re after & is so helpful with all aspects of the experience. She took time to make sure I learned how to cast, pop the bait, carefully reel in & land fish after fish the first time we went out & I loved it! She is definitely a hands on captain that is working the whole time to make sure you have a fun, successful charter. And if that wasn’t enough, she always makes time for a fun wave jumping dolphin show that’s the best way to cap off an already wonderful day! If fishing isn’t your thing, Captain Becky will also take you on a tour around the Ten Thousand Islands & show you multiple bird species, including bald eagles, in their habitats, explain the migration patterns, see lots of flora & fauna of the islands and just really makes you appreciate the beautiful area of the Everglades. Don’t miss an opportunity to book with Captain Beckyyou won’t regret it! We’ll see you again in February, Captain! 😊

If you want to catch fish around Everglades City, especially Snook or Tarpon, this is your guide! I have known Capt. Becky many years, and fished with her countless times, and her ability to read the water and weather, and put you on fish is nothing short of amazing! As a life-long fisherman, one thing that I value above all else in a Guide, is their ability to explain WHY the fish are where they are, at a given time, tide phase, etc. making every trip a learning experience. Capt. Becky has this ability in spades! She is a living encyclopedia of decades of experience and observation on the water. Every ripple and wake has meaning, if you know what to look for. If you want a leisurely day catching fish, that’s no problem. If you want a PhD in serious fishing, Becky is hands-down the Guide you want to call. She stays busy, so get your reservation set up as early as you can. Good catching!👍

My husband and I fished with Capt. Becky in February. The weather was beautiful and Calt. Becky was ready and waiting for us. She was well prepared and very informative. She explained everything from fishing techniques to boat etiquette in detail. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly wants you to learn. We caught plenty of fish. However, my favorite part of our trip was all of the information that she provided about not only the area, but also all of the native animals and their environment. Even as we were traveling to fishing spots she would show us different nesting areas or dolphins. I would absolutely fish with Capt. Becky again. She made our day trip exceptional, memorable and very comfortable.

I've fished with Capt. Becky on many occasions. She has an innate ability to find fish and pattern them. Doesn't matter what kind of fishing you are doing. A day on the water with Capt. Becky is like the best day of fishing ever!

First, the area and boat were five stars but I was disappointed with Captain Becky. When we arrived she had very little live bait, like eight shrimp for a $600 trip. Throughout the six hour day we caught six or seven fish. One 7lb. redfish which was very nice. She drove us from spot to spot searching for fish, but with three people fishing and a total of six fish for the day, it was slow. We would have been alright with this, but she constantly scolded us for not fishing correctly and got nasty if you adjusted the drag while fighting a fish. After several drag lectures, I was done with fishing and wanted to get off this boat. What fisherman wants to be told they can't adjust the drag while fighting a fish? Let me just hand the rod to the Captain and she can catch it for us? If you are booking this trip to learn the best local fishing techniques, as I did, you will be disappointed as she can be difficult to communicate with. Also, bring cash - she does not except credit cards.

With very low and off colored water, Capt. Becky was still able to put us on fish. She is a hard worker and knows the area. We will go with her again, when in the area.

Captain Becky Campbell is by far one of the most experience fishing guides in the state of Florida. In fact, I would go as far as to say that her knowledge of the Everglades backwaters is second to non and she has the hardware (the winner of many highly-coveted west coast tournaments) to prove it. If If you like catch: snook, tarpon, redfish, trout, permit, shark, grouper, or goliath grouper, she is the guide for you. As a life long saltwater angler, I can promise you that a day on the water with Becky will be one of the most fun and informative fishing experiences of your life. On average I fish with her 3 times a year and I always have a good time and learn something new. In fact, I just got back from fishing with her in the Everglades and we caught a ton of fish! She truly makes catching big game fish look easy.
