  Kapiloff Insurance Agency has been our insurance agent for many years. I have always trusted them to find the right policy at the right price for us. Earlier in the year our house burned down and we don't know what we would have done without Mike Kapiloff to help us through this trying time. From expediting payments to talking to our adjuster and much more. We highly recommend Kapiloff Insurance Agency.

  Mike Kapiloff gave my ex-husband information from an account that I own. After being reported to the NH department of insurance in 2014, my complaint was investigated, found valid(because Mike admitted to Protective Life Insurance that he had given my account information to my ex, without my knowledge and/or consent), except they weren't going to do anything about it. They felt his getting a letter from Protective Life Insurance stating that he should not give Policy information to anyone, without the owner's consent, was enough. I complained about this and in my opinion they "PRETENDED", to open a second investigation, which is what Mike refers to below. His response brings up the lawyer at NHDI stating that there was implied consent. This is what they considered implied consent.During a phone conversation in 2011, Mike told me that if he didn't have written consent to talk to my ex-husband, about my policy, then he couldn't talk to him about it. He wrote and asked me if he could copy my husband on his emails to me and I wrote and told him, that I wanted things left the way they were. I received no more emails from Mike Kapiloff, so I figured that he understood and I think he did. So, because in 2011, I did not clearly state, "I do not want you to give my policy information to my ex-husband", they were saying that implied consent. THREE YEARS LATER in 2014, without any correspondence since 2011, he gave my ex-husband, who I had been divorced from for 10 YEARS, information on my policy, without my knowledge or consent..The lawyer at NHDI, who conducted the so-called second investigation, had no idea that Mike had already admitted to Protective Life Insurance, that he had indeed given my ex information on my policy. He didn't even know, that my original complaint was of Mike giving my ex information in 2014 (it was very clear in documents I'd submitted) and accused me of waiting three years to complain. I later reported that Attorney, to the NH office of Attorney Discipline, for the way he handled my complaint against Mike Kapiloff and I was told, that I "did" have a case. I dropped it soon after, because I have MS and dealing with Kapiloff and the NHDI was too stressful for me and was making me physically ill. Some great, formal investigation he did. But then, since he copied you and the woman you spoke to from Protective Life, you knew that and so did she.

  I have been working with Kapiloff Insurance for over 20 years! The staff is very responsive and knowledgeable. They handle my personal insurance and also my business insurance and I feel very comfortable with the expertise that they provide.

  I have been working with Anne-Marie of Kapiloff Insurance for many, many years. Anne-Marie and her team have managed not only my personal insurance needs but also our business insurance needs as well.   This is a great place to go if you are looking to take the guesswork out of insurance. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and will take the time to make sure you get the proper coverage to suit your specific needs. I went into the building unsure of what I needed, but I left feeling confident that I was getting the right coverage and a great value!

  You can't go wrong with Kapiloff Insurance.
  
  I have used them for 32 years for personal life, home, auto and umbrella insurance and for my business's worker's comp and liability insurance.
  
  Every time we had a claim, question or needed anything they were right on top of it and they were always shopping our policies trying to save me money. Never a problem.
  
  I Highly recommend them.
