Called while we were passing thru town to see if they had a certain sxs we wanted. Spoke to a salesman named Nathan, he said they didn't have it but could by the end of the day if we wanted! He got it & the guys in back put the roof and windshield on it for us while we did the paperwork. The finance guy was Andrew. In talking to him, we found out that he served our country for 10 years! This place was busy but everyone was on the ball! Thanks again Andrew! We really do appreciate it!! We will definitely make the 2 hour drive to deal with these guys again!!

Called this place on a whim to see if they had a certain color Honda Pioneer while we were in from out of town. They didn't have it but Nathan said we can have it by the end of today for you! And they put the roof & windshield on while we waited! Sold! We will definitely be back if we ever need anything else! Thanks again Nathan!

I sure had my reservations at first about even attempting in dealing with Capitol Cycle when I left several messages for the online sales rep and never got any return calls, texts, emails or anything for several days. So finally just got on the phone and called directly to the store looking for anybody to help me with my dirt bike shopping for my son's Christmas present. Finally Shawn Sneeder had me all the answers I needed & more because by the end of the day on Dec 5, 2017 my purchase was done and handled all over the phone without stepping foot in the showroom just because of Shawn's persistence in helping get my deal done that he got accomplished in a matter of hours. Because of Shawn Sneeder, my whole entire outlook on Capitol Cycle changed tremendously---Excellent customer service by Shawn Sneeder. I will now have a happy son at Christmas because of Shawn and his very professional approach and assistance in my motorcycle purchase. Thanks Shawn!!

I spent many months searching for the bike I wanted.
Thanks to Shawn pointing me in the right direction, I was able to get my license, and make great purchase on a M109R B.O.S.S she's a Beast. Thanks Shawn for making transition smooth and working with me, and a big thanks to Cash for working out the final details.

I needed a front tire for my bike. I was headed for Florida on Friday, September 22 for my daughters wedding on the 23rd..
On Thursday September 21st, I went to three dealers close to me in the Covington/McDonough, Ga. area.
At the first dealer, they had my size but only in a whitewall. At the second dealer they said they had it but when the counter man went to pull it he could not find it.
So, on to the third dealer. They said they had it. I dropped the bike and went next door to eat while it was mounted.
Halfway through my meal I get a phone call stating they did NOT have it but could order it. I had already told them I was leaving the next morning so ordering it was not an option.
I picked up my bike, went home, and got on the computer.
I have been to Capitol Cycle in the past just to browse as I used to work in the Macon area. So I called Capitol and spoke to their parts department. The lady I spoke with (Haley sp?) said they did have the tire I needed and even went to make sure it was in stock.
She returned to the line, stated the tire was in stock, and put my name on it. Then sh transferred me to service so that I could make an appointment for the next morning to have it installed. I think the man I spoke to was named James. I wish I could recall because he deserves full credit and I apologize if I got it wrong.
Anyhow, I made the appointment and stopped by on my way to Florida the next day. They were very friendly and had me ready to go in just over an hour.

Worth the drive down to Macon from Atlanta. Purchased a new Honda Pioneer and got the best deal and trade in value. Everything was smooth sailing from the phone calls to the transaction at the dealership. Victor and RJ were a pleasure to deal with along with everyone else I came in contact with. Thanks Capital Cycle.

Even though I went to look at different bikes, I found a great Victory Cross Country with extremely low miles for a great price. Even though my credit isn't the best, they got me financed. RJ kept me up to speed through the entire process and even though there was a lot of waiting, it was still a really good experience.

RJ and Jake made the buying process easy. Got a great deal on a new R6 worked out almost completely online/over the phone. When I came to pick it up everything was ready to go. Definitely worth the drive down from Atlanta to pick it up.

They need to sell cars and trucks!!! It was so easy, BIG thanks to RJ and Cash for all they did for me. They didn't push any extras on me, they didn't hold me in a office for hours, they didn't trick me into anything, and they PUT MY NEEDS FIRST.. YOU DON'T FIND THAT ANYWHERE. Customer service comes first. I filled out the application, and they did EVERYTHING ELSE. If you don't use them it's your loss.
