It was my first time at this theater, and likely my last. I went to see Star Wars VIII on opening weekend, and for once, it wasn't anyone in the audience ruining the movie, it was the theater themselves! During the movie, The brightness and contrast were turned up WAY too high on the projector. Anything in dark or lighter areas on the screen were harder to see because everything was so washed out, and there was a white haze over the whole screen.

To make matters worse, about 30 minutes into the movie, the whole screen went out for a second. Then again, about 30 minutes before the end of the movie, a large black bar appeared, and covered most of the screen for about 10 Seconds. It gradually moved out of the way, and when it cleared, suddenly the brightness and contrast were fixed! great only took 2 hours into the movie to correct this

On top of this, the audio, while quality was good, wasn't normalized. The music and SFX levels were fine, but vocals were quiet. I ran into a friend who watched the movie at this theater just before I did, and said the audio completely cut out during his showing.

It's a theater's job to make sure things like this don't happen and I don't enjoy paying full price to sit in a theater set up by complete amateurs. This is inexcusable. I'd hate to be someone who works to produce a top quality movie, only for it to be shown in a theater like this.

Went to watch Thor Ragnarock and a family brought their infant (still in the stroller) baby with them, so parts of the movie were missed due to baby crying in the theatre. Management gave me free tickets to compensate for mishap -- used said free tickets to watch Justice League and AGAIN another family brought their crying baby into theatre as well. Dan Chun and Christian Riddlemoser (Manager and Assist. Manager) state that there is nothing they can do. So, if you are looking to spend money to hear someone's infant cry as you attempt to hear the movie you actually left your home to see. this is the theatre for you. They will gladly offer you free tickets to return each time a baby cries during the movie! BUT, if you are looking for a night away from the kids and have actually spent money for a baby sitter, then I recommend going elsewhere or waiting for the dvd.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that most of the employees behind the counter can't see someone in the 'refill' line due to all the equipment and advertisements on the counter.

Not a Bad Place To Go And Catch A Movie. They Have Good Service Generally, But The Pricing Sucks

Loved this movie theater. We were in the GTX theater and it had very comfortable and roomy seats. It also had rocking chairs which was comfortable. Their refreshments are a little expensive but what theater isn't. Very nice.

I love it here. It's just a little expensive, just like a lot if theaters. Great staff and very clean

Great theatre! The crowds here aren't very talkative which is one of the biggest things you could ever hope for. The staff is quite friendly and the snacks are good.

Definitely our go-to movie theater in the area. Located in a nice neighborhood, plenty of parking, clean and sanitary restrooms, always a variety of good movies (new and classic) available, helpful staff, and comfortable/well maintained seating to enjoy the show. There was one time we tried watching an afternoon show but the theater was closed for an event or reserved party when we got there. It wasn't too big of a deal but notices and/or posters on the front of the theater, informing the public of the changed hours would've been nice.

I love this theater and prefer it over the Galleria on Watson. I gave it four stars for a few reasons. 1: I think they should offer the movie tickets outside like they used to for those who don't want to wait in line for concessions. Though I understand their wanting to minimize the lines. 2. The theater is FREEZING. I've been in cold theaters but it's extremely uncomfortable to enjoy the movie when you feel like you're in an ice box. I usually wear my jacket and bring a small blanket but in the future I will be bringing a twin comforter. lol. And the volume could be a little higher for the film but it isn't too bad. You can't hear the neighboring movies being played like the Galleria. But other than those issues I enjoy this theater. They also offer a better concession collection, but due to the freezing theater, I hope they start offering hot chocolate as well. :)

I would like to give this theater a NEGATIVE 5 for todays FIASCO with my special needs child who has autism. You don't close a snack bar with that many people watching movies. I do appreciate your theater having special needs movies for the school kids. But making everyone get all they need before the movie and NOT TELLING THEM that the snack bar is not open during the Movie is a NO NO for you or any movie company. Kids with Autism don't like crowds and they are not able to wait sometimes. So I was gonna come out during the movie and get her some candy and you had no one working the snack bar which caused a meltdown resulting in neither of us getting to watch half the movie. SO I feel you owe me 2 tickets and a free box of candy - since you BOTCHED movie day. You apparently have no clue what is means to have or deal with special needs kids.

Most the time this theater is good and their snack bar is open - but today was a total cluster bomb.

Seriously when you have all the special needs there - did you honestly think everyone wanted to stand in line right then and get snacksIDIOT.

Like I said normally its not like this.they usually pretty good during normal movie time. But not during special needs special showings.
And they normally give the kids a snack box. With popcorn, drink, and candy. Well today it was drink and popcorn only. And any special needs mom will tell you. You DONT MESS with routine when you have special needs kids. UGH

Generally clean and as long as you avoid the seats just a few feet from the screen, the view for most screens is pretty good. Recommend you join their free rewards program. Then you can just give them your cell number when buying tickets/concessions. You always get free up-sizing and points for free future tickets/concessions.
