The service we got at the showroom did NOT carry over to the delivery service or 1-800 service .Our salesman Eddie was fantastic! My wife and I picked out a living room group. Set up a delivery date and paid in full before leaving showroom. Everything was great until the delivery driver called.
Delivery Driver: Rooms to Go!
My wife: Yes
Delivery Driver: Be there in 10 minutes. Hangs up!
30 minutes later delivery driver shows up. Parks truck on grass in front yard. I guess weight of truck cause the ground to sink. . My wife tell them to move truck of grass because it causing damage to my front yard creating a big hole in yard. Driver says rudely, "Where you expect me to park." My wife replied, " On the concrete driveway!"
Then the driver and help smell like marijuana!
My wife called myself and ask how far are you away are you because the delivery people are making advances and making conversation about her butt.
I showed up and take control of situation. My wife obviously upset about advances in front of our children.Driver tells me that warehouse made a mistake and all of our furniture is not correct and that is why my wife is upset! I tell them to take everything back and I will call customer service . Our furniture wasn't correct and that was fine. I knew they would have to re- delivery it and my wife was not comfortable with their delivery team! I made the decision to ask for a full refund. The store manager was a little upset but honored my request. Once I told him what happened he was more understanding. They offer to wave the delivery charge. I feel they could have did much more. What about the hole in my yard? To anyone reading this review. Please just pick your furniture up at the store. What you get in showroom for service is not what you will get when they deliver your furniture!

The the salesman Susan did a great job very professional she took care of me I purchased a theater recliner set and a bench my only complaint

was when I was waiting to have my merchandise loaded there was only one guy back there to load my equipment therefore I had to help him load it onto the back of my pickup and I was not pleased with that the loader did a great job as well but he needs help that area needs to be improved customer service should be all around

I had a very easy experience working with Candace and Brandon at the Rooms To Go Store in Macon. Candace explained every thing to me and was very informative. Brandon helped me get a quote for my new furniture. I was a little upset that my first choice did not fit through my door however the process of exchange was easy and fast. I would come back to Rooms To Go for my next furniture purchase.

The store did not have the bed frame set up the rep Susan showed us what they had totally understated the height of the mattress and foundation. The minute we received it called store to tell them that it was to tall they didn't care are charging 40 to exchange it and will have to wait 5 days. They took care of me in store happy now

My husband and I purchased some merchandise on yesterday ( November 25, 2016). I am one of those people that really hate dealing with a salesman. When I meet Eddie Jr it was a great pleasure. Excellent service! Sales rep Eddie Jr takes the time to explain all the features and different options, very knowledgable we always ask for him whenever we purchase a new item. We had a problem with one of our purchase and the manager gave us a great service as well.
