Horrible experience! My sister-in-law and I went for our birthday dinner. I called at 10:18 am the morning of the dinner to book a reservation (yes I know the exact time because I had to show the guy at the front (presumably the manager) my call log). The person I spoke with took my name, number and amount of people in my party. So imagine my surprise when I get there to discover there is no reservation. They advised they would get us seated in about thirty minutes. Annoying but a few people in our party were running behind so I didn't make to big of a deal about it. we grabbed drinks while waiting for a table. Well time continued on and all 16 of our party members corralled around the bar, at this point starving so eating chips and queso, whilst standing and seemingly aggravating the wait staff that walked by us. Finally after waiting over an hour, we are seated. Determined to have a good birthday I press forward. Unfortunately, there was only one server assisting and she seemed to already have multiple tables in addition to ours. She never took an actual table drink order, just brought out water, and if you could catch her walking by you could request an alcoholic beverage. Every time a question was asked of her, the tone always seemed annoyed that we even asked as opposed to wanting to be helpful. Our food took over an hour to come out and no one's food was hot. My boyfriends fajitas were so cold that he could put his hand directly on the cast iron skillet. He described it to me as "refrigerator cold." Management offered to give us 3 free apps for the table. I had to flag the waitress down to order them. Unfortunately the first two appetizers I wanted they were out of, so kind of had to take what was available. All in all, I would describe the experience as chaotic, unorganized and completely disappointing.

I haven’t been here in about 2 years and decided to go last night. The silverware I got was dirty and had stains/food remains on it and my wine glass also had some food particles on it. So I asked for new silverware and a new wine glass. I ordered soup as an appetizer and the spoon that came with it was dirty too. I took it to the bathroom and washed it because that’s the only way I could assure that it’s actually CLEAN! I barely ate any of my soup and I requested the tab and left. I cannot eat in a place that does not seem clean and sanitary, that is a big issue for me. The management here really needs to look into this and make some implementations to ensure that their dishes and silverware are actually getting cleaned properly. I will not be returning.

Went with a large group. Service was good. Food was fair. Chicken enchiladas were small and had more spinach than chicken.

My favorite thing about this place was the hostess. She was genuinely nice. The rest of the staff need to learn from her. Tonight was my first night here and i was trying to get information about the drinks. Some guy came and offered water and as soon as i asked about the drinks rushed a waitress to help us. When i started asking her about drinks she said she would get us water while we looked it over and ran off. I ordered the salmon and it was very undercooked. I was very disappointed but the plate was set lovely.

The food here was truly amazing. The atmosphere is very modern from the restrooms to the lingo and the music they play. The chips and salsa (come in mild, medium, and hot) was great, as were the steak quesadilla and the steak fajitas. Highly recommend going here if you're in the mood for Mexican food with a twist as it is closer to a Tex-Mex but the food is really fresh.

Floors were dirty. From the front to the back. I ordered the salmon. I ordered it to be well done but all of my food was dry. The monitor we par was not good. The service was great.

I chose to eat here for my birthday because the food guy on the radio loved it. This place has the worst mexican food I have ever eaten. I ordered the chicken enchiladas and they taste just like Lean Cuisine frozen meals. Actually Lean Cuisine might taste better. The portions are tiny and the rice tastes like it hasn't even been cooked. Don't waste your time or money on this place.

The service is fantastic, the food is yummy and the atmosphere is fun.
You can tell everyone here enjoys it and they are always taking care of their guests. It may get a little crazy at the busiest of times but they will keep you in chips and salsa while you wait for your food to come.response / report this review -

Loved this place when they were on East Blvd. Unfortunately, since the move, we've had nothing but slow service. The food is still good, but my wife and I probably won't be coming back. The table next to us didn't even wait on their check. Just left enough cash to cover the meal and a few extra for the server. I don't blame them. They got their food when we got ours and they went through 2 drinks each and two bowls of chips before we even got our seats.

Restaurant was pretty much empty due to the holiday, but it still took forever to get food.
Chimichanga was mostly filler (rice and beans). Queso has changed and is not as good. Restaurant has gone downhill since the last time I visited.
Service could have been better. Waiter was in a hurry to do everything like he wanted to be rid of us. Disappointing.response / report this review -

Liked it so much that we went back two days in a row. Only tried the bar area but everything was great. Food was fresh, drinks were mixed properly, service was great. They have fresh made guacamole and a plethora of tequila so you're all set!

I really wanted to love this place. But I have been several times now and feel that it may have dropped in quality just a little bit. But it is still good, like went from amazing to just good, which is fine. The tacos sometimes resemble fast food. The service is usually really great though. The patio is a fun and relaxing spot to take your friends or family,
