This hotel has so many issues I will try to remember them all.
To begin the woman working the front desk on the 28th of December 2017 was one of the rudest individuals I’ve ever come across. I believe it would’ve physically pained her to smile.
After my colleagues and I received our room keys we went to our rooms to find that one room key would not open the door. My coworker went back down to the front desk to get a new key which also would not open the door. She then decided to use the house phone to call the front desk rather than walking back down to the lobby for another defective key.
The lovely associate at the front desk said she would send someone up with a master key to let her into her room. The gentleman who picked us up from the airport came to the room 15 minutes later to let my colleague into her room. He informed her that every time she needed to get into the room she would need someone with a master key because something was wrong with the door.
My other colleague was able to get into her room but the smoke detector in her room would not stop chirping indicating that it needed a new battery (clearly a safety issue). The associate at the front desk told her there was no one that could fix it and the van driver would bring her a key to a different room. After waiting for over 15 minutes my colleague decided to go to the front desk to pick up the key herself.
The associate berated her and told her that she would miss the van driver who is bringing her a new room key and that she should’ve just stayed in the hallway waiting. My colleague explained that she’s had a very long day and she would just like to get into her room. The associate then informed her that she had been here since six in the morning and it was now midnight so she’s had a long day too. Flabbergasted my colleague took her new room key and quickly retired to her room.
Aside from the wonderful customer service, the ice machines on both the fifth and fourth floors do not work.
In my room several of the light fixtures either do not work or the light bulbs need to be changed.
I wouldn’t even recommend staying here if there are no other available hotel rooms in Jacksonville. You’ll be treated with more respect sleeping in your car at a truck stop parking lot.and the bathrooms would be cleaner.

Was attending a social event and it was spacious and we'll laid out. Drinks/bar was great. Lively atmosphere. Had an indoor pool as well
Nice lobby. Staff very helpful. Had dinner at the restaurant one night and it was good. The rooms need updating and more sound proofing. My room was at the end of the hall by an exit door and I could hear people coming in and out of it all night. The exit door it self was slamming shut as well. Finding the entrance is tricky as well because it is tucked in behind another hotel.

Hands down the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. And we travel a lot! The staff is amazing! The breakfast is amazing! And it is SO clean.
Horrible customer service. My company spends a lot of money for us to stay here and they wanted to charge us for fridges even though it’s included in our contract. Instead of being apologetic, the supposed manager said “the man that pays me will chew me out, so no! You need to pay and that’s not my problem!”
Don’t stay here.
The rooms are comfortable. Decent fitness center. Convenient to airport. Perks like free ice cream treats if you are in the executive level. Discounts for airline crews for food and drinks.
This hotel is incredible! Two pools-one inside and one outside that are connected by an underwater tunnel that you can swim through! The food is incredible, whether you go to the breakfast buffet, the internet cafe, the lounge or if you get room service. We have done all four and it's been incredible! The staff here is excellent! Our room is beautiful! This is definitely one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed at! I would recommend it to anyone he was coming to the Jacksonville area!
Had a very nice stay, great service by Christopher, Rena, and Davarion (hope I spell his name right). My hubby and I stayed 3 nights for a family reunion with other family members. The hotel is spacious, welcoming,?with a dine in restaurant and bar. The breakfast is fantastic and so is the service. You will see people from all walks of life at this hotel. It was nice to see servicemen, pilots, airline stewardess, etc. plenty of restaurants less than a mile away. If you have bikes, go ridden the Baldwin Trail Rail which is 30 miles away but worth it. The bike trail is nice and offers some shady areas but mostly a nice 25 mile bike ride round trip. We would definitely stay here again.
My military organization hosted a 4-day training event recently at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Airport. From our initial coordination with the hotel sales department, I was confident that our event would be a success. Kelly (Director of Sales and Marketing) was extremely helpful in all aspects of planning. Rachel (Meeting Director) made certain that the conference area was setup to meet our exact specifications. Josh (Banquet Manager) was attentive and helpful throughout the entire event. we were never lacking in supplies, coffee or comfort. The hotel was in great repair and all meeting rooms were fantastic. The hotel breakfast and lunches were excellent. I would recommend this hotel for any group or executive events.

Let's start with it being close to the airport, but not too close. The room was excellent, modern design, clean. The robe was a nice touch. Indoor/outdoor pool, waterfall. Three places on site to eat. Bar next to the waterfall was great.
The guy who made the reservation was very rude. Front desk ladies are nice. Not enough handicap parking. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Breakfast cost extra. The bar was really nice.
Booking aren't was HORRIBLE and kept trying to sell more nights. No handicap parking available and we had to park on the back of the building and there is no sidewalk around the building. Had to haul 3 loads and 3 small children in the dark plus me in a wheelchair. Rude staff. They did bring up a refrigerator and crib. Room was very clean and modern and nicely wheelchair accessible.
