This is my second purchase with Canales and each experience has been a great one. My sales person, Jaime, was AWESOME! He exemplifies what EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service looks like. Jaime, was attentive, non-aggressive, warm, friendly and courteous. He was helpful over the phone two weeks prior to my visit and he superceded himself in person. My purchase experience was one for the bookssmooth, easy and over before I knew it. Job well done Jaime.

Love this store, nice quality of furniture and inexpensive. The staff are very friendly and attentive as soon as you walk into the store. They don’t hover over you, whatever you’re looking for they will find it if not get something close to what you’re seeking. Fernanda has never fail us, we’ve bought 4 rooms of furniture thus far.
