I normally have a good experience with this Kohl’s, but this evening was not one of those cases. I did not get very good service from the shoes associate, Oscar. I had very minimal assistance. He didn’t seem like he wanted to put in the effort to help me find the shoes that I was looking for other than telling me that one store possibly had them and that was the extent of him helping me. I even had to call the store myself even though the associates are usually kind enough to call for me. I am just very disappointed in his lack of customer service.

Nicely set up for browsing, I bought more than I intended. Got a discount, a scratch-off for 20% next purchase, and Kohl's Cash. The young woman cashier was extremely helpful even though it was her second day there. I actually enjoyed my Kohl's experience.

It's a mess. Not any floor help and you still wait in a confusing line. The checker I had, now she was a doll. Friendly and fast. Years ago I really liked Kohl's .Not so much anymore.

Good selection and prices. On one of my last visits the cashier forgot to take the ink tags off two clothing items. I was leaving on a trip the next morning and didn't have time to stop by to get them removed. It was definitely an inconvenience since I purchased the items specifically for the trip.

Kohls are very good stores with a lot of sales and incentives. They always have a lot of coupons that you can combine and if you calculate it right you can save a lot of money and get good deals. The staff is nice and if you ask for help they really do try and help you. The only problem is when checking out for some reason their is always a line and a good wait time.

Poor location but the store is relatively clean. The cashiers are slow which creates decently long lines all the time.

Look for their sales. They do have a reward program for shopping with their store. There is a 100 percent markup on clothing. Cashier was helpful with what their offers for saving 30 percent
