The service is horrible! The apple genius bar just assumes that you did it and are coming to conclusion on everything. One man said a scuff is what caused my screen to crack 1" off the corner. Mind you I had already replaced my screen two weeks prior. Long story short just tell apple that they need to pay for your gas before you waste life and money going to that location.

Time after time, I’m wowed by the 5-star treatment I receive every time I walk into this store. I have mountains of respect for the manager of Apple on University for selecting a staff of friendly, spirited, and passionate associates. PS: Apple products are the shiznat.

This store is a lot to take in for a new customer, RED SHIRTS EVERYWHERE!! It was a nice and fast process. I was greeted by the greeter, directed to my product and representative Victoria met and assisted me. She was very kind, patient and very informative. She made my experience nice and easy!!

The people at this store are friendly and helpful. I find the store often busy, but the staff appears to do everything they can to make your visit a good one. I’ve been there several times for service and buying stuff. Love going there. If you can get past the busy times, I highly recommend.

Very busy Sunday 10/22/17 !!! Crowed ---Yikes !!!!Many people !!!However the staff was all very focused 😊on who was entering their locations was greeted by many staff members very friendly & polite & I loved the way they allowed us to be contacted thru a text message to let us know when we were able to be seen !

Despite mixed reviews about this location I found my visit extremely pleasant. Service provided was relatively fast considering how busy they were. Jessica, the customer service representative that helped me, was friendly and attentive to to my needs. Would recommend visiting this location.

We had an issue out of the box with an iMac we bought from Apple's online store. We did not expect to achieve resolution from the team at the Apple Store BUT WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! It was super busy, but they found us a Genius even before our appointment and worked a great resolution. The team is professional, courteous, and took our customer experience to the NEXT LEVEL. We will be back!

Came in to get a new laptop for my boss, and Cole was awesome. He made sure I got the best deal, and he was so personable and professional during the whole process. He truly exemplified the best customer service. Thankful for great experiences and employees at this store!

Service was friendly and helpful. Might suggest you make an appointment If you need assistance with your iPhone. There is usually a wait particularly during a visit to the store on Saturday.

I had to get a new phone and the staff at this location were very friendly and attentive. One associate made sure I was taken care of after I was the waiting list for a while. I was there for a while but it did not have to do with the service at Apple. I have been to other locations and received no assistance, I had to approach the associates for help. I was very pleased with the service at this location.

Employees are friendly, work well from what I can tell, and know what they are doing. Keep up conversation while you are waiting for service. I've only been there a few times while waiting for my phone and MacBook to be repaired; I've never purchased from the store. They seem knowledgeable about everything and very attentive to customers as they enter the store, which is a big plus to me.

As always, very helpful. But, as always, very busy and hard to find a good parking lot. This Apple University is located in the middle of a very nice strip mall, with parking issues on busy days. I prefer the locations where you can go shop, walk around leisurely and go get a bite while you are waiting for your turn with one of the Apple Geniuses.
