Will never return.
People there seemed nice and genuine, however everything was very vague. My car was having a couple unknown issues so I took it in and explained the various issues, but pointed out my main concern being that the car occasionally wouldn't start. The next day the mechanic sat down with me and went over the general diagnostic, but the only thing he could tell me was that he thought something needed to be fixed as far as weird noises but couldn't be sure without other tests costing 1K just for the test alone, and completely didn't address my main concern whatsoever. $80. I asked for a written report of what was found and never got one. My car died while driving less than 2 weeks later, and I had it towed back. I received a call later that day saying they couldn't find anything wrong because the car was starting just fine, but they could run a test for $150. I said I would think about it and call them back if I decided that's what I wanted to do. Well, the next day I decided to not spend the $150 on a simple test and went in to pick it up. They said they had run the test, found nothing because they couldn't recreate the problem, and tried to charge me $230 for test and another diagnostic that told me the exact same stuff as last time and didn't shed any light on the problem!!! Then, when I went to drive home, the car wouldn't start so I had the mechanic look at the since the problem was happening, and I left because I had work, and I never heard back. Eventually I went and just picked it up, and they didn't even say a word on if anything was found, just charged me $80.
Very friendly staff however, when I went in to get my windows fixed they wanted to charge me almost double what a competitor charged me. There must've been a misunderstanding but they didn't seem to want to recheck or change anything (I had called and asked if they got the right year written down for my car, the man said they had checked it and i had to go either salvage yard parts or the dealership, it's only a 2009 car!), and just wanted me to go by their word. Still charged me for labor and I left with two windows still not working. Wasn't impressed.
The staff is polite enough, and there is no issue with the work mechanics do. But they miss small things like warming up an older car a bit before testing for emissions to have test results accurate, or being overly vague as to what might be causing an issue and end up work on more things, rather than informing and explaining what the possibilities might be. By and large, they don't work with you and explain. If you show up and know exactly what you need done, there is no issue, but don't expect communication and diagnosis.
These are great guys and very honest about what repairs need to be made. Rolf, in particular, has been extremely helpful, and the owner (can't remember his name) has worked in some great deals for us that I know I would never have gotten at any other mechanic.
They're pretty expensive, but their service balances that out.
Great service. The owner Trent is a great guy and really wants to give quality service at an affordable price. Was treated so respectfully the entire time.
They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment on a Saturday. Helpful and knowledgeable.
AWESOME people who work here. They actually care about their patrons. Very transparent.
Had my truck in there for engine issues. They fixed so many problems at a really decent price. I would suggest this all day to everyone here in the area. They were friendly and honest.
Good shop, they charge by the job and not the hour so it makes for a better quality for the price. They are a mechanics shop however, so get a second or third opinion before coming here. That saying, this shop is better than most around.
