I ordered in new tires because the sales guy said the ones on my car were worn on the inside. Rather than choose the more expensive "in-stock" tires I chose some based off the best reviews and pricing. After going to get the alignment done the dealer told me the alignment was fine and that they'd replace the tires free of charge because they were just bad tires. SO I go back to refund my order and the sales guys get all pissed with me because they special ordered the tires. Then they charge me $81.20 for shipping and restocking when refunding the order. $81.20 for four tires that cost $53 a piece. They were 195/65/R/15 which is a normal size and easily could have sold them in store to another customer within days. They have lost me as a customer for life. 10% or even 25% is a standard refund fee, but $81.20 is almost 40% of the cost of the tires!

Great service. I had a flat tire and they got me right in to fix it. They also rotated and balanced my tires. Great customer service.

These guys are so good. I came back because they had put my caps on wrong. The employee was so nice, came right outside, pulled my car into the shop and are fixing it. I love the service.

I had them dismount some tires for me last year off some rims I had just bought (cost me $10 each). I noticed they kind of damaged the back side of the bead on them and was assured it wouldn't effect the tire in any way. Fast forward a year later, took tires and rims to have them mounted and was told they couldn't because the damage caused basically ruined the tires. They are garbage now. Thanks Discount tire. Time to go across the street to Les Schwab.

I got here at 830 and they gave me two new tires, changed them all, and balanced everything by 845. Didn't waste my time and didn't give me any runaround. Great service!

I'll give them two stars because the employees that I worked with were great, but what they did was ridiculous. This is the second time I have had this happen, while not at this same location both times it was Discount Tire. I go in to have a flat repaired, they come back after they have it all taken apart to tell me it can't be fixed, which is completely fine. I tell them to put the spare back on and i'll be on my way for the day, which they do. I get the tire replaced at a different shop and when they go to put on the new tire, one of the lugs has seized on the spare and I have to get the lug replaced. Sure sounds like a mechanic that was in a rush to put a tire back on and didn't feel like grabbing a torque wrench. Last time this happened they just tried to blame everyone but themselves, and really no use in going back to discount as they can't even fix something this simple. Won't be going there again anytime soon.

I got to discount tire about a quarter to 9 in the morning and they were already busy. So, first, I take that as a good sign they are doing something right to have all those customers. Second, I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour to get my tires rotated; but they were able to do it in less then 30 minutes.
The employees were friendly. They have a kid area with toys and free water bottles while you wait.response / report this review -

We had to make an unexpected stop at the Lindon store and let me just say all the guys there are AWESOME! Grant took really good of us. We ended having to buy new rims and tires and they got us in and out fast.

This store really deserves 5 Gold stars not "Orange stars" As I sit here during one of the busy rushes of the day, I watch the managers double time pushing tires and answering calls at the same time. The crew is each working a car at double time, with accuracy and perfection. This store is ready to pump out happy customers and great products!!
This is a store that I never leave un-happy.
Remember that this is a tire store that is popular, and not a NASCAR pit stop. Plan for quality not speed.response / report this review -

I have worked with discount tire professionally and personally for 10 years and they always take care of us. Their prices are super competitive and their service is outstanding. Great staff at the Lindon location.

I've always loved this location. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable and explains things very clearly. They stayed late to fix a flat for me. Their prices are almost always best in the county. Very pleased.
