I have had a horrible experience over the last 2 weeks with Honest 1 Auto. My car was having trouble starting so I took it in to have it looked at. They told me that my starter,battery, and power steering hose needed to be fixed ASAP for the problem to be solved. $700 later I picked up my car and drove home. Later that night I went to start my car and It would not even turn on. I finally got it started and drove straight back to Honest 1 Auto. I explained the problem and they said they would have a look at it. They said that the problem was not actually the starter, battery, or the hose and instead charged me another $100 to fix a "wire" that was malfunctioning. Happy the problem was finally solved I picked up my car that afternoon and drove home. Once again I went to drive that night and this time although my car turned on, now my lights would not work. I took that car back the next morning and explained the problem, and they tried to tell me that the problem was totally unrelated, and it was going to cost another arm and a leg because this time I had to replace the computer in the car. Seriously this place is a joke and they take advantage of their customers. I paid almost $1000 and my car is worse off than it was before I took it to Honest 1 Auto.

Everything went well with the repairs but when I went to pickup my vehicle it was dead. I had to jump it to drive it off their lot. My vehicle has never had problems with the battery. Ever. I'm not happy about the overall service.

These guys are always a pleasure to work with. Bob(?) and his wife are very kind and understanding people, and are true to the Honest 1 name. They've kept my car running well beyond the point it should have died. They even have a ride service to give you a lift if you gave them your only vehicle. They check in often with updates if your car has been in for a while, and will even chat with you about what more you can do to keep your car in good condition.

I've been taking my cars here for quite a while now. The staff are all awesome and friendly. And they truly are honest like their name! I always recommend them to people I know. Very trustworthy and helpful.

My son was buying his first car so I brought it in to have it checked out. Not only was it checked out, Honest one went above and beyond. They checked out the car, the history of the car, then found out what this car was selling for in the state!
Now that is service deserving more than five stars. There just aren't any more stars offered. A friend of my son's wants to know where Honest 1 is located because he spoke so highly of them. I will always take my car that them. Their name fits them to the tee. They just need to add, greatest service ever!

Nearly charged me three times the amount it cost at two other auto body shops. Also got my car inspected and they came up with 10 plus items and gave me a grand total of a $2,000 bill for a car that cost nearly $800 luckily for me I caught them trying to fix it themselves before asking permission and took it to my mechanic we're the same work cost $375 including labor. Safe to say I won't be coming back here anytime soon. PS the lady at the front desk knows nothing about cars so good luck. PPS she had no idea what the difference between a safety and Emissions was

A fantastic place to get your vehicle repaired. They do a very good job and are very professional. The prices are definitely on the higher end, but for the most part, you get what you pay for.

Best. Mechanic. Ever. Not only are they really fast, but they took the time to explain all the notes to us about our car. They even used diagrams and models, assuming (correctly) that we don't know anything about cars. But we were only there for 45 minutes total. They also didn't start any extra repairs without asking, but rather only performed the service we originally asked for. We're always taking or cars here from now on.

I was recommended this place by a family friend. They do an phenomenal job, & their prices are fair. They are so kind and cordial, & very efficient. They offer a free shuttle service as well if you really need a ride somewhere after dropping your vehicle off. 10/10 recommend.

Hones-1 auto care is not honest. I have been going to them for some time, always thinking that I was overcharged. It was convenient for me and that is why I went.

This last time I went in I knew exactly what I wanted to be done and I had told them what I wanted. When I came in to pay for it I found out that they did more things than I wanted and had charged me the extra and also the Labor, but what could I do when they take a part out of your car and replace it with a new one. Since they most likely got rid of the old part I had to take that hit.

Do not go here, do not get a quote from here as they will not honor that quote and will be dishonest.

A few months ago I went to jiffy lube for an oil change and the guy there said I had to get my brake pads changed, he "politely" suggested that they do it right then and there. I came to honest-1 3 months later and they kindly informed me that my pads were at about 50% and I had several months left with them. THANK YOU! if you want an honest shop, this is the one!

Awesome experience!!! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service! We were compensated for all of our troubles! Honest one took very good care of us and not only fixed the problems we had but also went out of the way to put the bill on the house! You guys rock we will be forever customers!!😊😉😉

Took my car here for a simple vacuum hose replacement. When I got my car back, it was leaking water into the floorboards which it had never done before. Took it back to the shop, and a few days and $600 later I got it back and they said it was fixed. After driving it for one day I realized the problem was NOT fixed, I'm still getting up to an inch of water in my back passenger floorboards. So I'm wondering why they took $600 from me for no reason, when they don't even know what's wrong with my car. It's also leaking gas from underneath my car which it has never done before. Now am I not only out $600, but I'm also losing expensive gas as well. My advice, do not take your car here. Instead if fixing your car, they create more problems so you just have to keep giving them money. My car should be coming back fixed, not with more problems

This place is a breath of fresh air. In an industry that is filled with dishonest mechanics, Honest 1 Auto Care stands out from the competition. It is a family-run business that is run differently than your typical car repair shop. They are very nice and courteous. They'll give you a ride where you need to go while your car is in the shop. They don't charge any more than is necessary. They explain all the repairs and costs to you. I would recommend Honest 1 Auto Care to anyone with a need for car repairs. Honest 1 Auto Care will be my go-to car repair shop going forward.
