We had a 36'Motorhome that needed servicing and some warranty work done while we were on Vacation in Florida from Canada. Bruce in Service was excellent! They did the service work we needed done and had the Motorhome ready at the gate for us to use while they waited for the warranty parts. Bruce was very accommodating and helpful. Thanks again!

Thank you Terry Biocourt. This was our salesman and he was fabulous. I look for great personality in a salesman and Terry definitely had it. He answered all our questions honestly. He did not push us toward buying. So I give him a 5 rating. Chad in service was wonderful with our walk through. We also bought a tow dolley and the straps were not with it so Greg gave us gift cards to go buy them and is going to mail the straps that came with it to our home in NY.

This is a great place with 25 acres filled with RV and RV service and equipment. The staff is and if you are in the market for a new RV, this is definitely a place you should check out. It even has on-site camping for when you buy your camper to test it out!

LOUSY "CAMPGROUND" POLICIES! I went in to the Jacksonville FL location on General Ave. this morning trying to get a spot in the "campground," yes, the campground that all of the road signs point to. It was only about 20% occupied. After waiting 20-30 minutes just to be acknowledged, I explained that I just needed to plug in my RV overnight to charge the batteries - we have a Cat 5 hurricane heading our way! I told the lady I would not be staying in it, and that I was willing to pay whatever it cost. I was told that the "campground" is only for customers of Campers Inn. Seriously? Tons of empty spaces, and I can't pay to use one? I was livid to say the least. I am a local, I own a 40' diesel pusher, and I always need parts and repairs. Customer you say? Not this ole boy, because I'll never be a customer now!

After many months of intensive research on which RV we wanted, and from which dealer (based on reviews we had seen), we finally bought our first travel trailer this month from Campers Inn in Jacksonville. EVERYONE we dealt with was wonderful. Receptionists, sales staff, (Kim), service management and staff, (Larry and Michael and others). From negotiating a price, to instructing us on our equipment, to letting us spend the first night in their campground to check things out, they gave us a great experience. Made us comfortable in their very nice facility while we waited to have our hitch and brake controller installed. Highly recommended.

We purchased our Forest River 248 travel trailer at Campers Inn in Jacksonville. We had some bad experiences previously in our search with other dealers, and we were so pleased to finally find a dealer that appreciated our business and gave us such great service. Everything went smooth and easy. Our salesman Kevin returned our calls and went extra miles to answer any questions we had. A very knowledgeable mechanic named Easy was extremely helpful in instructions and explaining use and care, and Dwayne the manager was calling us if Kevin was busy. Dwayne wrapped up our paperwork quick and easy. Couldn't be more happy with this place.

We purchased two units from this dealer in the last two years. They have been transparent with all sales issues and a pleasure to work with. Greg S. from sales was very helpful and patient while we spent three months making a decision on the right fifth wheel. Service has also been outstanding. Larry, Randy and Amy all have a sense of urgency when dealing with my trailer. They have a customer first attitude. Will always go to them first for my trailer needs.

They were very friendly and made us very happy with our purchase of a used fifth wheel.. UNTIL WE PAID. They did a walk through with us and said they would fix some minor issues they didn't fix any of them, nor did they install the extras we purchased and they said would be installed. We made it clear that we were not experienced RV owners. They said they would deliver and set it up at no charge, instead they dropped it off and left, leaving us completely helpless to move it again so it reached the power and sewer outlets and forcing us to buy expensive extension cords and hoses. It is also not leveled so it leans. We ordered the extension hose from them and it was never delivered. When we called, it was never actually ordered for us.

We bought an extended warranty and the finance manager told us that we should add the mobile coverage so that since we were not going to be moving the RV, they would come to us. That is not really true, they will come tow it some where for repairs, they won't come fix it, even though the water drain ruptured one week from our purchase and now we can't have running water.

In short, our experience has been a nightmare. They have stopped returning calls and we have a RV that leans, with no water and NO TOILET. Thanks Campers Inn!
