Great staff! CLOSING FOR BUSINESS 11/26/2017. We haven't been to an Applebees for years since they allowed smoking in there restaurants as a Corp discussion in Mobile, AL. Too bad this franchise is closing.

Food was alright, service was a little slow, price was okay. An unfortunately average experience. Would get 2.5 stars if that were an option.

When we arrived at the store we were told to sit in an area far from the door. The person that I was dining with just had knee surgery and was not able to walk across the restaurant. We were seated in the bar near the door but was immediately asked to move so that the waitress could sweep the floor.
We waited for 15 minutes for a steak salad. Once the salad was delivered it quite disappointing. The server had a attitude and the hostess was snappy. All in all this location does not compare to the Bartram location. I would not recommend.response / report this review -

Attention Management!: If you have open tables, sit them! People are more willing to wait for service if they are sitting at a table. Believe it or not, people aren't to keen on standing in the lobby waiting for a table when half of the dang tables aren't sat. We would have been more than happy to have been sat, given a drink and waited. What are you thinking?

Hair in my food. My friend and i ordered two separate meals at different times. While we were eating and stopped because we were chewing on a blonde strand of hair! Every time I come, my food is wrong and i end up just drinking.

We eat here regularly and we always have an amazing experience. Jessica and Blaine are two of the best servers around. They make a customer feel like a guest at a friend's dinner table so we always ask for them if possible. The food is good for the price and the other servers do a fine job, but our two favorite servers Jessica and Blaine make the experience exceptional every time we come.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Applebee's today and it was made twice as bad once I spoke with the manager Charles. I ordered my favorite salad from here, like I have over a dozen times. I have never been disappointed until today. My salad had very little lettuces and I mean very little( yea you read right). This salad does come with everything except the kitchen sink. While it comes with a lot of things one of those things are lettuces. Once I reached home and saw this I was upset..I had to add my own letture just to be able to eat it and call it a salad. Being disappointed, I called Applebee's and spoke with the manager Charles after being on hold for 11mins once and then another 8 mins. Charles was rude and told me I should of ordered it with extra lettuces if I wanted more. That this is way it's made I let him know I have ordered this salad before and no this has never been made like this before. With a very rude tone and attitude Charles said " just come get another and give them my name" I sure will Mr Rude Manager Charles at Applebee's

I had a steak and shrimp. Steak was slightly overcooked but everything else was ok. What really gave the restaurant 4 stars was the waiter jean-luc. he was amazing. if I come back I will make sure to ask to sit in his section if he is there.
