Expected much more from the apartment, the management and the neighborhood. Left after 1 year disgusted. Spacious but aged, infested buildings. Pets are great but all the public spaces are used as defecation parks. Not safe, used as shanties for Paradigms requirement to fulfill subsidized housing so you have some real low class elements. Management is apathetic to pathetic. Stay away from this complex and find better neighborhoods. There are plenty for the same rate with much better quality.

Place is a garden style apt complex, is old (1945s), location is great, all within walking distance (post office, pharmacy, grocery stores, 2 metro station and restaurants. Monthly rent is okay for its location.
The apartment buildings inside and out needs to be to be repaired and paint again using a mildew-resistant paint. You can see the mildew growing on the walls. Is a pet friendly place so if you are noise sensitive be aware of this.
At night, there are areas between buildings that are completely dark.

Lived in a two bedroom for a year. Left to go to another city. Great location--within a 5-20 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants, metro, and lots of other shops and services. Very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Spacious units. Staff was very helpful the handful of times I needed them. Very quiet units as well! Unless your neighbors are in the hallway, you will not hear a sound from them.

It's not perfect: there are a couple of minor problems that come with any older complex, but I would definitely live here again.

A beautiful community of apartment housing that was formerly dedicated to military members. Outdoor areas behind the apartments are lovely (particularly in the fall) and well maintained.

Lived here for about four years, moved out about four years ago. Staff was nice enough, but management wasn't especially proactive about preventative maintenance. Rent felt a bit high even for the area.

Terrible Terrible place to live. Look around before renting here. Just read all the reviews below!!! There are plenty of other places close by that are nicer, cleaner and have better management. Stay away from any property managed by Paridgm Management. They are horrible to deal with when you have issues with your apartment.

Stay away from this place and any property managed by Paradigm Management. Poor property management!!!!!!. Even upper management and the CEO did not respond to the important issue of mold in my apartment and the poorly insulated windows. It has almost taken an entire month to get my concerns addressed.
