My BMW 3 series was running very rough. I scheduled service through the online website, an was able to get the car in for service within a week. They provided me with a courtesy loaner car, which was a huge help. The service was completed promptly & the car is now running smooth. Great communication from my service tech, CJ Lains, throughout the process. My experience with Dreyer & Reinbold was very professional from start to finish. I'll definitely return to this dealership for service in the future.

I am a BIG Fan of Dreyer BMW! They are a top notch operation and I have had many vehicles purchased or leased from them since my first purchase in 2001. Our Sales Rep, David Lazerov, has been our go to guy ever since, and he is great to work with! David and all the staff at this company are great actually! They take care of their clients in the way they would want to be treated and I am never disappointed.

Was planning on turning in my leased BMW i3 and look for a longer range electric car. Then I met Blair Duncan, who quickly answered my lease questions, and treated me respectfully even though I did not intend to purchase another BMW. Because of this positive experience, I decided on looking for another BMW as a bridge until a longer range BMW electric vehicle becomes available. Blair quickly identified several good options. A 2015 X1 was perfect for me, and we quickly negotiated a fair price. This is the my 3rd great buying experience at Dreyer & Reinbold BMW and won’t be my last.

We had a seemless buying experience at Dryer & Reinbold and have been so pleased with the customer service we receive every time we're due for service. Blaire Duncan was our salesperson and she was outstanding! Never once did we feel pressured to buy from her or to make any decisions quickly. She made the process easy, answered all of our questions and made us laugh along the way. We highly, highly recommend her to everyone!!

It was a great experience. My sales person Blaire Duncan is very easy to work with. She helped me through my decision process in a very professional way. Her personal attention to what I needed in a car really made this much easier. The finance staff was very easy to work with. Scott made sure I understood every document I was signing. The whole experience makes you wish you could buy a new or used car every month. Of course BMWs can sell on their own but these guys make sure you enjoy the experience and really get what you need.

Dominic was a rock star for us. He spent an enormous amount of time working with us from a distance getting us the info we needed to get the BMW suited for us. Rarely will you get a sales rep willing to give you the honest help and info you need. I would recommend Dominic to anyoneI will definitely be connecting with Dryer & Reinbold again and ask for him. Great customer service!

Every time I bring my car in for service, I feel like I'm spoken to very condescendingly- maybe because I'm a woman? My X3 is 5 years old and already I've had to have all new injectors put in which I was told was normal for a "sports car". Just today, I brought the car in for regular service with an oil change, plus I had a TPM malfunction for the second time, and I wanted my brakes looked at. This would be the third time within the year if having my brakes checked out due to rubbing and having an inordinate amount of breaker dust on my front wheels. Joe, my service rep, proceeded to tell me that all German and European cars have that and that I should just wash my car every two weeks so it won't be as noticeable. Is this for real? Does anyone else get fed this BS? And why we're my brakes worked in twice before and I'm just hearing about this explanation now? I continued going to the dealership since I had re-upped my warranty, but now that it's expired, I think this will be my last service with Dreyer & Reinbold.

    Worst service and sticky sales

I had scheduled a regular service appointment in Feb 2017 after moving here from California. As soon I scheduled the service I got an offer for trade in for my vehicle. Dont know why to be so desparate to sell.
During my service they failed to catch that my 2 year old 28000 miles car needed a wheel alignment. After a couple of months I noticed an abnormal sound out of my tires and scheduled a service again. This time I was informed that 2 of my tires were cupped and needed replacement. I had to shell out almost 0.8k to get it fixed. After the service nobody informed me if my car was ready for pick up. After the service I didnot get any form of follow up, I was charged for something I had not authorised for and reverted back only after checking with them. Also they deliberately didnot send me a customer satisfaction survey they send after each service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to this center and would suggest to go to other locations if you care about your car.

Bought my first BMW from D&R!!! What I was told on phone from Dominic was what happened when I got there!!! No gimmicks, no no we can't do that but, it was timely. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Patrick was wonderful also!! No trying to talk me in to anything. He was patient and again made feel secure in what the sale was was exactly what I received!!!
I'm on my son's account, but my name is Denice!!

Bought a BMW 535 from Carmax in March or 2016. Took it to Dreyer & Reinbold to as part of an initial service. My service representative informed me that the manufacture warranty of the vehicle would expire in 7 months and that I should bring the car in for a complete service prior to the expiration date, thereby having BMW pay for that service. I put a reminder in my calendar for the middle of that month and when my reminder kicked in and I went to schedule the appointment, the receptionist indicated that my warranty had just expired 2 days earlier! When took the car in for service (oil change), my service representative was unwilling to honor the manufacture warranty for the additional service items they wanted to do (approximately ~$800 above cost of oil change) and then tried to sell me a 3-year $2800 extended warranty contract!!!! Needless to say, I didn't buy the extended contract or have the additional service performed. I would have considered it had they honored the original manufacture warranty that had expired a few days earlier. Given that the information my service representative gave me that the warranty was to expire at the end of that month unfortunately led to a interaction/misunderstanding that caused a poor customer experience, I have, however, learned my less and will double check the warranty expiration date for other cars I buy in the future. However, what bothers me the most is that dealer response to this situation was unprofessional, opportunistic, and truly frustrating.

    Great cars and Great people
The service department is second to none. First class all the way. BMW still leads the way when it comes to value and driver engagement. My 528 continues to impress. My honest recommendation is to just go and check it out for yourself. I don't think you will be disappointed.
