I went to Byers Toyota the other day to buy a newer Corolla, and already had a car in mind that I wanted. Taylor Young was the guy who helped me get the car I wanted, and did a great job. Jay over in finances was great as well, and all the other staff there were friendly and seemed happy to be there. I'm now a happy owner of a 2014 Toyota Corolla and will definitely be recommending everyone to Byers Toyota in Delaware! Thanks guys!

I wanted to purchase a new Highlander; however, I only wanted a specific exterior and interior color combination. Christian Norman promptly secured the exact vehicle I wanted from another dealer instead of trying to sell me one that Byers already had in their inventory. I got a great deal on the Highlander and they gave me a fair price on my trade in. I'd definitely recommend purchasing a new car from Byers Toyota.

Worked with Jason via E-mail for the majority of the process. After getting multiple quotes from other dealers Jason was able to blow past any of the other competitors for my Tacoma. Byers was able to work with a credit union to get me the best residual value for my lease and ultimately getting an incredible price. Also there wasn't any "bait and switch" techniques to get me into the dealership. The price he quoted me online was exactly what I ended up paying (no extra fees, taxes ect.). Lastly the finance manger Jay was great to work with. He informed me of the additional care plans without being too pushy on them. Overall the best buying experience from a dealership. Go see Jason for your next vehicle

I walked into the showroom just to get preliminary information and to test drive a Camry as I am generally a Honda customer. The Camry is every bit as quality a vehicle as the Accord and the deal Byers offered me was fabulous. My salesperson (John Hess) was so personable, helpful and low pressure that the sales experience was actually enjoyable!?! Honda could not even come close to the deal I ended up with from Toyota!!!

The service at Byers Toyota is superb. The gentleman named Josh in the service department is outstanding. His customer interaction skills is superior and I just found out this trip that he has been with you for 10 years. I hope I will continue dealing with him for the next 10 years.

Had a great experience here at Byers Toyota. The people were friendly and very helpful. The car was priced in a very competitive rate and I was please with the car and the price I paid. In Delaware I would say the best dealership!

Simply the BEST. They kept their word. I felt everything was important to be right. Treated with respect. Fair! Possibly the most valuable thing was trust. Trust that the work was done correctly and trust it was what I needed. It is soooo great to leave a dealership and feel everything was right! Thanks for the great work and I will be back!

I was scheduled for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. But when I arrived, Gynnae let me know that I actually didn't need the oil change yet, as the synthetic oil is good for at least a year or 10,000 miles, of which neither had occurred. My tires still needed to be rotated, so she had that done, along with the inspection and honored my coupon with a small discount, as the amount was much less than the full service with the oil change. To top it off she returned a sparkly clean car! Superb service, wonderful attitude. Customer service at its best! Thank you, as that is a rarity these days!
On a separate note, Phil also helped me discuss options on my lease while I waited and he was extremely helpful and friendly as well! They will have a customer for life!response / report this review -

Quick, friendly, and easy. I've had my Tacoma serviced at Byers twice now, and both times the service was completed more quickly than anticipated. During my most recent visit, they were able to squeeze in the test for a vehicle recall notification, and still beat my originally anticipated schedule. The waiting area is nice, and amply sized with free WiFi available.

I had a great experience buying my new Prius. The salespeople were most helpful, spending an hour and a half with me on Friday. I was able to easily complete the loan application/credit check on-line that evening in order to return the next morning to complete the paperwork. In just an hour on Saturday, I left my trade-in and drove off in my spic and span new car!

Byers is and exceptional dealership! They were able to get my wife and I into 2 new vehicles trading in a lease vehicle and also an older vehicle that we owned, for the combined total payment that fit our budget. We had communicated with our sales person a couple times via email and set up an appointment to meet with him. We were in and out in 4 hours with two new vehicles I cannot say enough good things about Byers they are truly great to work with and we will be back for future services and purchases.

The internet has made it much easier to determine who's got the car you are looking for so you don't waste a bunch of time driving all over town. Nevertheless, nothing will ever take the place of working with a sales professional who helps bring the whole deal together. John Hess brought my deal together FAIRLY and QUICKLY. I received a fair value for my trade and rather than pay cash since rates are so low, I let their finance specialists find me a great rate that allowed me to maximize deployment of capital. Why pay cash when the financing is basically the same? Delaware isn't the easiest place to get to, but you'll save on sales tax over anywhere in Columbus. And you'll find great service and a dealership that is willing to earn your business. John had me out on the road in my brand new massive Tundra 1794 in under three hours. And it was fun. John is zero pressure with a great sense of humor. If I ever get tired of this beast I bought, I know where I'll go next time. My sincere thanks to John and the Byers team for a great experience.

I purchased a Tundra here in November. My sales guy was Mo. Got right to the deal and didn't waste my time. The sales managers were great and the woman who was working finance was awesome. I have been back twice for oil changes, the service team is great. I was in an out in 30 minutes both times. Just after buying the truck I picked up a nail. Swung by the Byers without an appointment but they managed to squeeze me in and fixed the tire in about 15 minutes and didn't even charge me. Bring your own coffee though, theirs is not so good;)
