Can I give a negative 5 star! Rudest place I've ever been to. Called ahead to ask if they had my part they said yes. Drove 5 miles to get there because it's the only place that had the part I needed. Then I get there. They have me waiting for a whole hour! Before they told me they don't really have the part! Like it was a big joke! What a waste of time and a bunch of ass holes. This place is a joke. Will never ever refer this place to anyone and will NEVER use their services again!

I went there to return an alternator cause they gave me the wrong one for my Grand Prix GT. They open at 8am but don't show up until almost 9am and then made me wait outside for 30mins while he looked for the correct part. I have no idea how these people are in business.

Horrible experience with this place. First of all, I purchased an alternator from them for a very common car and it was the wrong part. Then when I went to exchange it for the correct part, I arrived there at 8:30am and they were closed yet their sign says they open at 8am 6 days a week. Overall bad experience. Would not recommend Burnham Auto Salvage to an enemy.

Mark and mike z treated us fair and wel! They have a HUGE selection of cars and offer in store credit ONLY of you do a return, which is ok because one always NEEDS a batery or a tire, so it has worked out for me always! I have been doing business with Mark since he ran West Allise Auto, and Mike Z goes back to 1991 w Mark, These guys really know their business!! I have worked w both men for years! Mike now owns and operates Milwaukee Twisted Iron for all of YOUR Motorcycle needs!
