I have been to Dayton Armory multiple times even with my daughter and they have always been very friendly, and helpful. The whole staff is always willing to answer any questions and have always made me feel welcome.

I purchased my a handgun from this store less than a week ago. The service was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, attentive, and boundlessly knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered, which is important when it comes to something as expensive and serious as firearms. The selection was impressive, and the prices really were quite reasonable.
My only potential issue was that I ordered a holster, as they did not stock the one I needed. I got it in, and it ended up not fitting my gun. However, on return to the store, the staff was more than happy to help me find a solution. They took the holster back (which, by the way, was ordered at no extra charge), and helped me find a cheaper one that fit my gun, returning the difference. This is the kind of service I can never expect to get anywhere. I would definitely recommend the Dayton Armory to anyone in the area.
