Great place, awesome products! I highly recommend. Anything from music equipment, guns, and electronics and jewelry. U can literally find it all.

My girlfrind Went to try to get a loan on my macbook air and they didnt know how to properly work the computer and locked me out of my keychain. I called up there and all they could do is blame her of doing so, they were also very rude about it too. Ive got a loan on this laptop before from there and didnt have this much hassle. Definitely NEVER going back! I will make sure everybody i know will NEVER do business there as well.

Bought a men's gold and 1/2 ct diamond ring for over $350 a few months ago from rich's. I brought same ring in today to get a loan (keep in mind I was a regular customer there and bought all my jewelry from them until now) and they offer me $40! I'm a small business owner myself. I know how this stuff works inside and out. I understand businesses have to make money but wow. Well now they're losing $1000's of dollars from my future business all because of this. Oh and they have their own employees/owner write reviews on here. Smh.

I don't understand all the negative reviews on here. The customer service was fine, but if you are looking for a place to wipe your little fanny after you make poops, go to micro center. Sold them some old music equipment for a fair price. They have a lot of really cool stuff in here. I had to stop myself or else I would have spent the money I got from selling my stuff. Lol
