I highly recommend Brown’s Auto World to anyone looking to purchase a new car. My husband and I came in just looking to window shop and King C.J. was awesome he helped us with everything. We weren’t really sure if we would get approved but we not only got approved for one but we could have brought home 2 today if we wanted. The buying process was really easy with no hassles. Again I recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy! Remember ask for King C.J. he is so helpful and made this process so easy!

Got my 07 Chevy impala on Saturday and I'm loving it. Everything about this place was great first time buying a car on my own and Josh definitely made it easy. I've never been to a car dealer where when they say bad credit approved you actually get approved. Everyone was so polite. I left out with a 2016 Kia Soul. They really do work with you and have great vehicles there I would recommend then to anyone especially if you are trying to fix your credit.

First I have to say I was so happy when I pulled up to the lot Yesterday and seen who the owner was. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Eric when he was at another location in the past and nothing but great experience from him. I absolutely had a great experience with Browns auto yesterday. I bought my first truck from Brown's and it was an excellent experience. As a first time buyer I got into a 2005 Ford Ranger with only 95k miles and only put $800 down! They were able to get me a low interest rate and a low payment! Their GM, Pat, was very coordinated in helping me to fit my budget and get me in what I wanted.

Since I purchased back in November I've brought it up here for regular maintenance such as my brakes, and oil changes and they did it at a low price. The shop manager, Chris, is always able to fit me in his busy schedule and willing to listen to what I have to say when I bring my truck up there. Congratulations Brown's Auto World on earning a lifetime customer!

Excellent team at Brown's go see Tyson he will take great care of you. We have not purchased a vehicle from them, yet! We have a strick budget and want list. Ty has been very understanding as well as the management staff. They don't pressure you and really make you the priority not the deal! If they don't have what you are looking for they will look for it with no obligation or pressure.

Buyer beware!!!! Don’t spend your tax money here!
I had to take the time to write up this review, to warn people about this place. My experience was not a good. They tried to be so nice and welcoming but it was all a ploy to bring you in, I purchased a Buick Enclave 2008 on 2/8/2017 they ran my card for the deposit and it did not go through properly. ( I should have taken this as a sign) but, I provided them with my number again over the phone. Well, they were paid, I came to get the car on 2/9/2017 and finish up the paperwork. Well as soon as I get there a warning light is on, I asked them to take a look at it ( they say they stand behind all their cars) They cleaned the sensors and sent me on my way, lights came on again while I was traveling , then the engine light comes on. I am nervous at this point. I call them they said bring the car back the next day. Something about it did not seem right, I no longer trusted them. So I followed my instincts and went to Thompson Buick in Raleigh on 2/10/2017 to get a diagnostic done. Here are the things they said were wrong, Timing Chain needed replacing, Drive Shaft, CV Axle, Steering Gear, Belt, Sway Bar Bushings., Front Brakes and Brake Fluid change. The dealership I brought the car from tried disputing everything saying that those items were regular maintenance on a vehicle ( What?). As soon as I arrived Monday 2/13/2017. Another customer was there , he had me roll down my window to tell me to run far from this place. He explained that he had his truck for 30 days, and it needed work done , the dealership was trying to tell him he needed a wheel alignment but really needed something more expensive , they argued and he cursed them out. He also had a problem within 30 days.
Well then my good friend arrived. She suggested to have them look at it and put it all they were willing to fix in writing. Later on the service manager even allowed us to look under the car, it was nothing but oil leaks from everywhere, they claimed they had no idea why the car looked like that( I know they never checked or cared) The moral of the story is do not trust them, we asked too many questions and they decided to sell the car to another unsuspecting customer. They refunded me my money , but, it was truly a headache. The owner never apologized ,but, sent his manager to say he was sorry, they do not normally have these issues, but, just in the midst of him saying that this, a lady came up that was checking out a nice Chevy Tahoe, and told him the car she was looking at would not crank or even turn. A coincidence I think not. Well folks, just go somewhere else, I truly believe that this dealership targets low income , people that may have challenging credit issues and takes advantage of them. Shame on them for doing so. Beware!!!!!! The pictures below are pictures of the oil leaks in my driveway from the car.

My daughter and I stopped by to look. The guy greeted us and said "I see a ring, does the husband have to approve" I said no I'm paying the bill. We looked and said we would talk about it. The guy constantly asked about my husband. What did he do? Is he coming to look at the car? Where does he work. She noticed your sexist pig behavior. We will not be back but Thank you for showing my daughter a lesson!
