The people are friendly, although not always particularly efficient. Breakfast could be refreshed a little more often. I stay here for a better working space than I typically got at Charley Creek. Internet can be somewhat slow.

My husband and I stayed for one night. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The pool was clean and refreshing. The included hot breakfast was My favorite part!

Nice staff, rooms are clean. A little overpriced for not having a bar or restaurant

Solid hotel. My room was clean, and the front desk agent was friendly. It was the typical holiday inn breakfast, but it was hot and tasty, so no complaints there. It's a bit hard to find your way into their parking lot, especially at night, especially in the fog- you just keep going through a grocery store parking lot until the hotel pops out behind it. Google maps handled it well, so if you're using a GPS you should be fine.

What a wonderful place! I had to stay overnight for work, and will absolutely be back! From the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly and friendly. Every staff member I encountered had the same cheery and welcoming attitude, I felt like I was staying with a family.
I'm not sure if the hotel has recently been remodeled but everything is so nice, clean, and well kept (and I'm super picky when it comes to cleanliness!). The rooms are large, towels are really soft, and every detail of the hotel is so tidy and clean.
I loved that there is a fridge, microwave, and Keurig in the room.
The breakfast was delicious as well, a great variety of options.
It exceeded my expectations. I will be a return guest!

The staff was very professional and welcoming. They worked with me with my odd schedule, hot breakfast served in the morning was great, pool and hot tub were great, but very chlorinated. Rooms smelled clean and looked clean.

As soon as we walked in it smelled old and musty. The front desk/foyer seemed dated and small. I only noticed one elevator and it was tiny. The rooms seemed clean enough but they were extremely basic. Such as no doors on the closet and the ironing board and iron were hanging on the wall in the bedroom. There were no safes in the room. The hotel does have a pool and hot tub area but they were clearly dated as well. Breakfast was offered but poorly stocked. Out of half of the hot items both days we were there. The hotel does not have a bar. The staff was friendly. The price of the room was reasonable.

The rooms are clean, modern, and spacious. There's a large breakfast area too. The entrance to the hotel is a little hidden in a shopping center, but it is close to the shops and restaurants there too.

The manager is incredibly rude. The housekeeping staff are wonderful and so are the other front desk staff. The manager, however is rude, opinionated and belittles guests when she doesn't think others can hear and she had no idea I speak her other language. I also had one night where the front desk had to bring up clean sheets and I had to make the beds myself because the beds had been stripped but not remade. *update* The manager, Pretty, took $250 off my credit card on 2-24-17, 21 days after check out. This is dishonest as all get out and I've disputed it. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn and neither will the company I work with because of the poor experience I had here.

Easy check in. Can only review my room as I didn't use any other amenities. Room (108) was very clean, HVAC worked perfectly. Linens were fresh. Was in my room until 10:30am and cleaning service never interrupted me as so many will do around that 9am timeframe. No problems at all. Will stay here again when back in town for work.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I love the fresh baked cookies whenever I go there. All of the staff was very friendly, however I did have to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. It was 9 p.m. and I had been on the road all day and just wanted to get to my room and relax. I got over it relatively quickly because she was very nice and obviously busy doing something else. Breakfast was decent, your typical biscuit and gravy, which I love. Coffee ------- meh. Finally, since I'm a stickler for good water pressure in the shower, I was happy with the strong water pressure. I had to bend down a little though because the shower head seemed a bit low. I will be back.
