Had my vehicle tinted, this is not the first one that they had done for me. Continued to provide excellent service in a timely manner. I will continue to have all my window and tint needs completed by the them. Highly rated for anyone looking for professional service, good quality, and the best service for your dollar

I've had all my cars windows tinted here and will continue to return. The staff is awesome and realistic to what my needs are. They provided their prices and ensured I understood if my price would be different. I would highly recommend their services and will continue to return to have them tint my windows on my vehicle.

I arrived at 8am for a Remote Start. So after wait 4 hours, with only 1 car head of mind that arrived at 7:30am, I asked how much longer. The ignorant female (Blonde) behind the desk informs me they are still working on the first car and haven't started on mine yet. As I write this it has been 5 and a half hours now and still wait (no car yet).
DON'T COME TO BROADWAY GLASS IN MERRILLVILLE,IN UNLESS YOU ENJOY ATTITUDE FROM EMPLOYEES AND WASTING YOUR WHOLE DAY WAITING.response / report this review -

I'm providing this review after meeting with the owner and son. I stopped in after having a horrible experience with Kustom Tint in Crown Point. This business came highly recommended by an individual from Bosak motors that I work very closely with in servicing my vehicles. I stopped in with the idea of having UV tint placed on my front windshield, which I thought was a good idea for overall protection for my vehicle and upholstery. I'm also very anal about caring for my vehicle, detailing often and regularly.
The individuals I spoke with were nothing but friendly and honest. They informed me that honestly I'm about the second person ever to request UV protection without the desire for tint, which I am aware is illegal, as did they remind me. They were very honest, stating that this day an age, the windows are made differently which provide overall good protection without additional shielding needed. They also talked me through how their tinting worked, their lifetime warranty, and how they strive to ensure all customers are as happy as possible.
I work in customer service, just in the medical side of things, and I commend honesty because I feel like there isn't enough this day and age. These guys could have just taken my money and provided me a service that is not actually necessary, but they took their time to explain to me why it's not really necessary, especially given my current car care regime.
I honestly could not be happier with the customer service leaving today. They were honest genuine gentleman and I commend them for their services, despite nothing actually being done to my vehicle.
I will surely be back with any services I may need and I will highly recommend this company to others! Thank you again!response / report this review -

They used to do great work 10 years ago. Paid 600 bucks for them to put HIDs and tints on brand new vehicle. Took them a week. The tints had bubbles, and the HIDs went out in a month. Not to mention they let moisture in my headlights. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Broadway Glass.

This is my 2nd car that I've had tinted here. Tint is the best & price is the best. There is a window tinting place right around the corner from where I live but obviously they don't compare to Broadway Glass because I drove 45 minutes to get here

First come, first serve. My car was next in and they pulled it in to start 20 mins after I arrived. They told me the job itself takes an hour and a half but they make you sign something in case any of what they do takes longer than what they tell you which is ridiculous in itself. Anyways I had to wait 4hrs after they pulled my car in. Absolutely terrible. The ONLY good thing about this place is the quality of their work with window tint, really can't get any better. I had it on previous cars and after 4-5 years really no fading and 0 bubbles, peeling, or cracking as they promise.

Took great care of my car with fixing the remote start. It was a brand they don't carry. at no charge!!!
